This sale will be conducted in STERLING (£). Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse to issue a Bidding Number.<br />
Buyers Commission / VAT<br />
Buyer’s commission will be charged at a rate of 2.5% on Hammer Price. VAT will be charged on the buyer’s commission<br />
at 20%. VAT of 20% will be charged on the hammer price. This will be refunded to non-UK buyers upon receipt of export<br />
documents showing removal from the UK. For removal to other EU countries a valid VAT number must also be provided.<br />

IMPORTANT INFORMATION<br />
All new Buyers must provide the following in order to obtain a Bidder Number.<br />
• Photographic Identification e.g Passport/Driving Licence<br />
• Company VAT Number<br />
• Deposit - 10% of projected spend with a minimum deposit of £5000/€10,000 via E-payment, Cash,<br />
Bankers Draft, Debit or Credit Card or Bank Transfer.<br />
Please note deposits will be returned on Auction day to those customers who have been unsuccessful in their bids.<br />
Regular Buyers<br />

Company Representatives<br />
All company representatives bidding on behalf of a company must provide a letter of authorisation from their company<br />
Director.<br />
Republic of Ireland / <strong>Euro</strong>pean Buyers<br />
Republic of Ireland/<strong>Euro</strong>pean Buyers must produce evidence of a valid VAT registration number at the time of<br />
registration.<br />
Payment<br />
Cheque/Cash/Banker’s Draft is acceptable on the sale date only. Credit Card Payments are also accepted but are<br />
subject to a 2% bank service charge which is non refundable. Debit Card Payments are also accepted – no service<br />
charge is applicable.<br />
NOTE: Cash or telegraphic transfer will only be accepted after the sale day.<br />
Absentee bids<br />
Absentee Bids can be placed up to the day prior to the sale providing 10% of the absentee bid is transferred to <strong>Euro</strong><br />
<strong>Auctions</strong> (UK) Ltd Bank Account. Please give our office staff ample notice of such a bid.<br />
