Dear Readers,<br />
Christmas presents us with a great<br />
opportunity to reflect on the year‘s<br />
achievements and to apply the finishing<br />
touches to our thoughts and projects<br />
for the upcoming year.<br />
For instance, we haven taken some<br />
time to improve our plans for the extension<br />
of our buildings and are now<br />
looking forward to the start of the<br />

piston as well as of rod seals.<br />

<strong>Seal</strong> Maker polyurethane billets are made exclusively via the casting<br />
process. The advantage over other processes, such as thermoplastic<br />
injection molding: Casting allows for a better development of its<br />
physical properties during the polymerization process. As a result,<br />
the finished seal, made of such a material, is less likely to suffer from<br />
heat and deformation in use. This, in turn, has positive effects on the<br />
service life of the application.<br />

<strong>Seal</strong> Maker polyurethane billets can be used in a wide variety of<br />
applications. Standard materials, qualities developed with improved<br />
friction properties as well as materials for use in direct contact with<br />
foodstuffs are available. Another important feature: For better ease<br />
of use, our polyurethane billets are equipped with a clamping ring.<br />
