Nestled on the east coast of Cap Corse in an exclusive village setting, <strong>Casa</strong> <strong>Alpana</strong> (meaning ‘home of the osprey’) is a breathtaking waterfront<br />
estate comprising 2 contemporary properties (Loft L’Agula & Villa L’Abore), surrounded by olives and palm trees in the 2000 m² grounds.<br />
This estate welcomes up to 16 guests (8 persons per villa). Personalised services are provided by our local staff, including mountain trips and<br />
nautic excursions on our private boat.<br />
Each property is beautifully furnished with the most prestigious contemporary brands; Rolf Benz, Cattelan, Andrew Martin, Manutti. High-tech<br />
equipment blends seamlessly with handmade wooden features designed by Compagnon du Tour de France. You can enjoy the ultimate<br />
high-speed wireless technology for internet, music (with full access to our private library) and lighting to customise your atmosphere.
L’Albore is equipped with an infinity pool, a fitness centre, a hamam and direct access to a private beach.<br />
Ground floor opens onto the living room, which features a mezzanine office equipped with 27″ iMac, printers and desk. Opening onto an HD home<br />
cinema room, which may also be used as a bedroom with its super kingsize bed, and fully equipped with complimentary HD video on demand (via<br />
Apple TV VOD) . The American kitchen boasts a handcrafted wooden ‘boat bar’, and leads to a stunning large indoor/outdoor dining terrace. The<br />
master suite has its own ensuite and private access. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.<br />
First Floor opens onto one bedroom suite, leading to a large balcony above the pool with its hydromassage bath, its ensuite and mezzanine level<br />
with designer desk. A further suite enjoys an ensuite and lounge area beneath a large rooflight window.
L’Agula is equipped with a panaoramic outside jacuzzi, a kitchen garden and a direct beach access.<br />
Ground floor opens onto a living room, fully equipped with multimedia, which then leads to an American kitchen with breakfast bar, and a stunning<br />
indoor/outdoor dining terrace. One suite has its own ensuite facilities and private access. The ground floor also hosts a separate toilet.<br />
First floor opens onto 3 suites with sea view, 1 large terrace around a feature palm tree, 1 family bathroom with hot tub, 1 separate toilet and a<br />
dressing room area.

the sea, Cap Corse enjoys a well deserved reputation for the quality of its protected sites and birds it hosts<br />
The fishing villages like Erbalunga, Centuri, Nonza or Luri will take you deep inside traditional customs and music, skillfully played by the Corsican<br />
people who know precisely how to thrill your senses. You will appreciate the beauty of walks into the maquis and along the sea with “the douanier<br />
trail” at the most northern point and contemplate the magnificent viewpoints plunging down to the sea from “the crestes trail”, which follows the<br />
mountain ridge from northern to southern Corsica.<br />
Visit Bastia with its beautiful citadel, boutiques, restaurants and nightlife around chic, cosmopolitan quays; Explore the charming cultural heritage<br />
of the little port of Erbalunga; wht not sample the delicious Patrimonio wines from the best winemaking region in Corsica.
