2010 (SOPHOMOrE): Started all 13 games for the Aggies with the first six at tackle and the
last seven at guard … earned honorable mention All-Big 12 honors on the coaches’ team
… versatility allowed him to move inside to guard when Evan Eike suffered an ankle injury
against Missouri in game six … helped pave the way for a prolific Aggie offense that ranked
No. 22 nationally (No. 5 in the Big 12) and gained 447.6 yards per game.
2009 (FrESHMAN): Appeared in 12 games ... most action came on the protection team
during extra points ... played some on the offensive line late in several games.

HIGH SCHOOL: Coached by Tony Heath at Pearland High School ... named a unanimous
first-team all-district offensive lineman (District 24-5A) as a senior (2007) … received
Houston Chronicle First Team All-Greater Houston Area offensive line honors … as a junior
(2006), garnered first-team all-district honors for his play on the offensive line (District
24-5A).

games … valuable backup at outside linebacker … had a season-high three tackles against

HIGH SCHOOL: Coached by Donald Stowers at Beaumont Central High School ... as a
junior (2007) ran for 550 yards and five touchdowns and also tallied 60 tackles … earned
first-team All-District (22-4A) honors as an outside linebacker … led Beaumont Central to a
9-4 record and a state quarterfinal appearance in 2008 … track standout ran in three events
at the 4A State Track Meet as a junior … ran the second leg on Beaumont Central’s 4x100
relay that finished second in the state … also ran the second leg on the 4x200 relay that
finished third in the state … has been clocked as low as 21.0 in the 200 and 10.5 in the 100.
