BT Bautechnik GmbH was founded in 1997. It stands in the follow-up of the companies NYH 

and HEBEG. Both were manufacturers of elastomer bearings. 

The product range includes elastomer bearings with and without restraining device and 

elastomer sliding bearings but also classic steel bearings, such as roller bearings, line rocker 

bearings, steel point rocker bearings, guide bearings and special bearings of different 

designs. 

After harmonization and introduction of the bearing standards to the European Union the 

product range was extended to include spherical bearings and pot bearings which had to be 

registered until recently. 

For cable stayed bridges and bearer cable bridges our program includes cable shock 

absorber and cable covering caps to protect cable entry points from corrosion. 

The range of products is extended by PTFE slide bearings for industrial buildings, plant and 

power plant engineering and construction. 

The reference list covers until today over 600 buildings. 

This information is to obtain a current view of our work and achievement with its remark and 

planning examples. 

The bearings are manufactured in accordance with 

� DIN 4141-14/Al - Part 140/Al 

� EN 1337 each with inserted parts 

Subject to approval 

� Equipment of BT bridge bearings with CE identification (Z-16.7-450) 

The production is monitored by 

� MPA (material testing laboratory) Stuttgart 

� TU (technical university) Munich 

We are members of 

� Association of manufacturers for expansion joints and bearings for constructions - 

VHFL
