A conservatory is something special. It is a veri-
table oasis for all living creatures – an ideal place
to retire to, where you can relax and find peace.
The XLINE conservatory awning puts the icing on
the cake, giving your sanctuary the perfect climate
whether the sun is high or low. It combines slender
design with high functionality and turns your conservatory
into a true paradise.

Like all our awnings, XLINE is TÜV and CE tested.
High-quality and corrosion resistant materials and
coatings make for a durable product (5-year
warranty) that lets you enjoy every ray of sunlight.
Dimension Limits
The maximum dimensions of XLINE are not big enough
for you? Then simply order your XLINE as a coupled
or row system. The advantage of a coupled system
is that you only need one motor for each set of two
systems. This saves costs. If you choose a row system,
you need a separate motor for each XLINE element,
but you can also control them separately.

XLINE can be inclined up to 90 degrees. This
means that the XLINE countertension system
is also suitable for shading large window
surfaces. Where required, XLINE can also
be mounted from the bottom to the top.

XLINE is a countertension system suitable for shading large, rectangular
surfaces. The orientation of the glazing is of no importance
– from horizontal to slanted to vertical, anything is possible. The
in-built countertension system extends the blind and ensures that the
cloth remains taut in any position.
Installation and operation
As a standard, XLINE is mounted with dis-
tance brackets on the substructure of your
conservatory or on your terrace roof. Optionally,
XLINE can be mounted with U distance
brackets, soffit angles for mounting directly in
the reveal, or with ceiling angles. XLINE can
be operated comfortably with a motor or optionally
with a remote motor.

The wind/sun sensor constantly measures the current intensity
of the sun and the wind speed. When the sun shines, it
deploys your awning automatically, if the wind is too strong, it
retracts the awning automatically to protect it.

The shaded surface underneath the XLINE
depends on the current position of the sun.
In order to guarantee optimal shading when
the sun is low and on Western facades, you
can optionally extend the guide rails up to
1200 mm. This creates a roof projection
that offers additional shade.

easy-Clean
Soltis
It is recommended to fit XLINE with Soltis or Acrylic textiles. Soltis is
the preferred choice for pure shading solutions, Acrylic had the added
advantage of high water repellence.
pVC - Soltis ®
Soltis ® fabrics let more natural light through. With its extraordinary
degree of transparency, it affords a good view of the outside. Further-
more, Soltis fabrics are especially weather resistant. They are able
to withstand all climate conditions without suffering damage while
retaining their pliability and mechanical properties.
UV-protection
Sattler acrylic fabrics are high-quality awning fabrics
incorporating several reinforcements that make them
ideal for demanding outdoor applications. The UV
protection of the fabrics according to UV Standard
801 ranges from factor 40 to 80.
Texgard - easy-Clean
Special textile finishing gives the product a series of
useful properties. This includes low dirt absorption of
the fabrics, high water repellence and reduced surface
tension. Due to the special material attachment
system, this effect is also extremely long-lasting. Moisture, water and
dirt are kept out as much as possible.
all-weather
The All-Weather quality is a fabric made of spinning-nozzle coloured
acrylic with a coating on one side, combining optimum protection
against the sun with protection against a drizzle or light rain.
frame colours
The standard colour is RAL 9016 white.
Optionally the awning is available in all RAL colours.

external sun blinds
An awning creates additional living space. It also decorates
the house. Modern architecture increasingly relies on external
systems for light control, such as venetian blinds, that provide
excellent protection against the weather and act as a visual
screen at the same time.
