10.1 Contact details for reservations or list of hotels
The organisers have negotiated favourable rates and made a block booking at the following hotels. To
make a booking, please return the Accommodation Booking Form that is included in Appendix D to the
Rally Secretariat.
Hotel accommodation for driver and codriver will be included in the competitors' entry fee. Two nights
(Friday 21 May - Saturday 22 May) for APRC and Asia cup competitors, and one night (Saturday 22
May) for Japanese Rally Championship competitors. This will be a twin room in either one of the two
official hotels described below. In case of Route Inn Obihiro, it might be a single room. The choice of
hotel will be at the organisers' discretion. For those who wish to share the room with their team
members, Japanese style rooms are available (up to 5 people per room). For three people in a
Japanese style room, an extra JPY6,000 is payable. For four or more people in the room, an extra
JPY5,000 is payable per person per night for the extra people.
Please include these rooms in your accommodation booking.

Spa Resort Hotel . Combination of western and Japanese style rooms. Was Rally HQ in 2003. Reused
as HQ and media center in 2008. On the easter side of Obihiro, on a hill overlooking the city. 15
minutes drive from the central Obihiro. It takes Railway Station and restaurant area, and about 15
minutes. Most of the rooms in the hotel are Japanese style, the organiser reccomends for you to book
in Route Inn Hotel for western styles'.

There are many hotels in and around Obihiro and Otofuke. To search on the internet, try Obihiro and
