The core function of Direction is to determine and administer an aligned course of action<br />
to achieve the organization’s goals.<br />
The key feature of Direction is the Mission, the definition of what you intend to accomplish<br />
and how you will do it.<br />
6. Conduction – Conceptual Energy – How you will use what you KNOW<br />
It is the function of the Conductor to develop a system and orchestrate a flow of abundant<br />
resources into and throughout the organization. Leadership in this function in a traditional<br />
organization would typically be provided by the CFO. In a holographic organization “resources”<br />
means all types, including people as a resource, in<strong>for</strong>mation and tangible goods.<br />
By establishing an environment of giving and <strong>for</strong>giving, unspoken debts are eliminated,<br />
and the result is peace and harmony.<br />
The core function of Conduction is to design and oversee equitable resource flow systems<br />
that maintain balance and harmony <strong>for</strong> everyone.<br />
The key feature of Conduction is Portion, the generous, fair sharing of an abundance of<br />
resources.<br />
The core functions of Direction and Conduction, with their key features of Mission and<br />
Portion are specific and measurable. They are in the Conceptual/Knowing Energy Field<br />
that is focused on accuracy and accountability with facts and figures.<br />
7. Production – What you do<br />
Material/Doing Energy Field<br />
It is the function of the Producer to provide leadership in all of the aspects of the development,<br />
and delivery or presentation, of products or services. The Producer uses building<br />
and accruing to generate mass. The Producer is also responsible <strong>for</strong> maintaining all of the<br />
tangible aspects of the organization such as property, facilities and equipment, and providing<br />
a safe, healthy work environment. The Producer is responsible <strong>for</strong> insuring there is<br />
no negative environmental impact as a result of the manufacturing process. In a traditional<br />
organization, leadership in this function is typically provided by the Chief Operations Officer.<br />
The core function of Production is to develop and provide effective products and services<br />
using scaleable operations that support organic growth.<br />
The key feature of Production is Action, the activity undertaken and accomplished that<br />
demonstrates tangible results.<br />
8. Completion – Material Energy – How you do things<br />
It is the function of the Completer to provide leadership in insuring that clients and customers<br />
are being served by the products, and the people doing the production are being<br />
served by the process. The Completer is responsible <strong>for</strong> seeing that everything that is<br />
done, is done so well that the clients and customers are loyal and eager <strong>for</strong> whatever is<br />
