It is the function of the Conductor to develop a system and orchestrate a flow of abundant
resources into and throughout the organization. Leadership in this function in a traditional
organization would typically be provided by the CFO. In a holographic organization “resources”
means all types, including people as a resource, information and tangible goods.
By establishing an environment of giving and forgiving, unspoken debts are eliminated,
and the result is peace and harmony.
The core function of Conduction is to design and oversee equitable resource flow systems
that maintain balance and harmony for everyone.
The key feature of Conduction is Portion, the generous, fair sharing of an abundance of
resources.
The core functions of Direction and Conduction, with their key features of Mission and
Portion are specific and measurable. They are in the Conceptual/Knowing Energy Field
that is focused on accuracy and accountability with facts and figures.
7. Production – What you do
Material/Doing Energy Field
It is the function of the Producer to provide leadership in all of the aspects of the development,
and delivery or presentation, of products or services. The Producer uses building
and accruing to generate mass. The Producer is also responsible for maintaining all of the
tangible aspects of the organization such as property, facilities and equipment, and providing
a safe, healthy work environment. The Producer is responsible for insuring there is
no negative environmental impact as a result of the manufacturing process. In a traditional
organization, leadership in this function is typically provided by the Chief Operations Officer.
The core function of Production is to develop and provide effective products and services
using scaleable operations that support organic growth.
The key feature of Production is Action, the activity undertaken and accomplished that
demonstrates tangible results.
8. Completion – Material Energy – How you do things
It is the function of the Completer to provide leadership in insuring that clients and customers
are being served by the products, and the people doing the production are being
served by the process. The Completer is responsible for seeing that everything that is
done, is done so well that the clients and customers are loyal and eager for whatever is
