The assignment in the “Guiding our Growth” project was for us to study our growth plan,
land use update and more specifically the Urban Growth Boundary.
Our mission is to direct development in Clarksville-Montgomery County, TN, in a manner
that maximizes the use of critical resources, ensures orderly land use, and guides
infrastructure placement to support and sustain a rich quality of life for all citizens.
