District Court, and the said oaths were subscribed to by the Aldermen and<br />

certificate there<strong>of</strong> was made by Justice Brine in Book <strong>of</strong> Oaths, Volume 3,<br />

page 5, In the <strong>City</strong> Clerk's Office.<br />

Walter J. Moran had 1<br />

and Alderman Harold A* Palmer was declared by the chair elected President <strong>of</strong><br />

the Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen<br />

The oath <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>fice was then administered to the President-elect<br />

<strong>of</strong> the Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen by Justice Brine and the said oath was subscribed to<br />

by the President and duly certified by Justice Brine in Book <strong>of</strong> Oaths, Volume<br />

g, page 71, in the <strong>City</strong> Clerk's Office.<br />
