• For each receipt posting several parallely executed evaluations are 

possible: 

– with different evaluation parameters 

– stored as 'evaluation set' 

– Analysis selectable for each 'evaluation set' 

Due to this parallel evaluation a receipt posting can be evaluated and 

analyzed considering different aspects.

Starting point is the MD04 at the moment of the receipt posting (material document) 





The current stock (MD04) is offset against the negative MRP elements. That requirement a 

material shortage occurs for is the 'starting point' for the offsetting of the receipt quantity.

Beginning with the 'starting point' the receipt quantity is offset against the subsequently 

scheduled (relevant) demands.
