Current Responsibilities

Mr. Coleman is a Vice President of the Cleveland, Ohio Markets team. In this

capacity, Andrew represents local and national occupiers of commercial real estate.

Mr. Coleman advises clients on transaction management and execution, incentives

negotiations, site selection, lease analysis and lease negotiations.


Mr. Coleman has over six (6) years in the commercial real estate industry and has

experience in all commercial property types (office, industrial, flex, retail, land).

In the past two years Mr. Coleman has completed multiple-market transactions

throughout the United States, grossing over $2.5M in lease transaction revenue on

eighty-three (83) transactions.

Most recently Mr. Coleman was a Transaction Manager for the National City Bank

account. In this capacity, Mr. Coleman managed retail, corporate and third-party

commercial real estate transactions (owned & leased) for National City Bank in

Northern Ohio and Michigan. The Transaction team was responsible for the

management of a 9.1M square foot real estate portfolio of approximately 1,800

properties nationwide.

Mr. Coleman was recently awarded NAIOP’s 2009 Office Transaction of the Year,

NAIOP’s 2009 Traveling Gun Broker of the Year, Inside Businesses NEO Top 25

Under 35 and has consistently be recognized as a CoStar Power Broker.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Coleman was an Associate at CB Richard

Ellis focusing on agency office leasing, where he oversaw leasing activity over 1.2

million square feet of suburban and downtown office property in Northeastern

Ohio. In 2005, Mr. Coleman was named CB Richard Ellis’ “Rookie of the Year”.

Mr. Coleman also worked in Jones Day’s Real Estate Practice Group prior to his

employment at CB Richard Ellis.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Coleman earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University in New

York and was a member of the varsity swim team. Prior to undergraduate studies,

Mr. Coleman attended The Hawken School in Gates Mills, Ohio. Mr. Coleman

serves as current Northern Ohio NAIOP Board Member as the Developing Leaders

Chair, past Board Member for Seeds of Literacy, past Board Member (and current

member) Cleveland Professional 20/30 and was just accepted into Cleveland’s

Bridge Builders Class of 2010.
