eGraph is based on Dynamics AX and makes an already comprehensive system to an 'out of the
box' solution, no matter to which part of the printing business you belong.
The system will fulfill all administrative requirements in a full service printing company, from
estimating to invoicing and financial reports. eGraph is designed for the following businesses:
Prepress, Sheet print, Web print, Label print, Packaging print, Bookbinding.
The system includes the following modules: Estimating and quotation, Easy and logical front end
[CRM integration, Outlook integration], Order including work in progress, Comprehensive job
configurator, Advanced flow status system, Calculation of all job costs and contribution margins,
Scheduling [Deadline planning, Gross planning with resource reservations, Material reservations,
Gantt chart for detail planning], Inventory [Keep track of raw material and finished goods,
Warehouse management], Shop floor control [Web based job information system, Digital job
ticket, real time updated, Time and material consumption, Job status with complete overview of
all orders], Post calculation [Complete history of all processes in the job 2, Comparison with preand
order calculation], Comprehensive production reports [Standard reports and pivot diagrams],
Communication [JDF/JMF, PLC counters, QTMS]
eGraph basiert auf Dynamics AX und macht aus einem bereits sehr umfassenden System eine
hervorragende Lösung, ganz gleich welchem Bereich der Druckproduktion Sie angehören.
Das System erfüllt alle administrativen Anforderungen in einer Full-Service Druckerei, von der
Kalkulation bis hin zur Erstellung von Rechnungen und Finzanzreports. eGraph wurde für
folgende Geschäftsbereiche entwickelt: Vorstufe, Bogendruck, Rotationsdruck, Etikettendruck,
Verpackungsdruck, Buchbinden.
Das System beinhaltet folgende Module: Kalkulation und Angebot [einfache und intuitive
Oberfläche, Integration mit CRM's, Integration mit Outlook], Bestellung inkl. laufende Arbeiten
[umfassender Auftragskonfigurator, erweitertes Ablaufstatus System, Kalkulation aller Kosten
