Fixed point assembly instructions
Variation A: Pipeline is not yet installed
1. Fix the main casting of the fixed point (1) to the supporting construction (2) (e g. by welding)
2. When installing the pipeline, fix the pipe (6) into the fixed point clamps (3)
Variation B: The pipeline is already installed
1. Screw the fixed point clamps (3) of the main casting of the fixed point (1) onto the pipe (6)
2. Align the main casting of the fixed point (1) and fix it to the supporting construction (2) (e.g. by welding)
3. Place the clamping pads (4) onto the main casting of the fixed point (1) and fix in pairs using assembly clips (5)
4. Weld the clamping pads(4) to the pipeline (6)

g Material galvanized acc. to DIN 50961
5. After welding has been completed, remove the assembly clips (5); they can be re-used
