Fixed point assembly instructions<br />

Variation A: Pipeline is not yet installed<br />

1. Fix the main casting of the fixed point (1) to the supporting construction (2) (e g. by welding)<br />

2. When installing the pipeline, fix the pipe (6) into the fixed point clamps (3)<br />

Variation B: The pipeline is already installed<br />

1. Screw the fixed point clamps (3) of the main casting of the fixed point (1) onto the pipe (6)<br />

2. Align the main casting of the fixed point (1) and fix it to the supporting construction (2) (e.g. by welding)<br />

3. Place the clamping pads (4) onto the main casting of the fixed point (1) and fix in p<strong>air</strong>s using assembly clips (5)<br />

4. Weld the clamping pads(4) to the pipeline (6)<br />

Technical data:<br />

g Material galvanized acc. to DIN 50961<br />

5. After welding has been completed, remove the assembly clips (5); they can be re-used<br />
