The bone of this fish is tough and it doesn’t have much flesh but it still tastes remarkably clean and savory. 7 Mud eel hoi (sushi) and Shabu-Shabu (sliced eel cooking in seasoned, boiled water): As this food is low in fat and full of protein, it is being recognized as a diet food.
