TM<br />

LnTAC -690 has a slim, space-saving bookshelf design with a compact size that does not invade your control panel space. The Allin-One<br />

application package has seven applications feature. The application will also be requested by the Start-up Wizard at the First<br />

power-up. With this single setting, the controls can be programmed e.g. for two external control places or a pressure control with the<br />

integrated PID controller. In most cases, the default basic application is suitable and only the min/max frequencies as well as motor<br />

nominal values must be set.<br />

TM<br />

LnTAC -690 drives are designed for Industrial Application, and especially for application in process industries such as Metals &<br />

Mining, Water, Pulp & Paper, Cement, Power, Chemicals and Oil & Gas industries. These drives offer a wide power range from<br />

2.2kW to 5MW. Flexible programmability makes the drive adaptable to various applications in all industries.<br />

LnTAC -690 have built-in pre-installed application package with predefined set of parameters and functions,<br />

designed for a specific purpose. Setting up LnTAC -690 is extremely easy. For each application, there is a start-up<br />

wizard that will guide you through the start up process and parameter settings.<br />

BASIC APPLICATION FOR SIMPLE USE: Intended to be used where there is an external setpoint signal as well as<br />

external start/stop and direction commands.<br />

STANDARD APPLICATION:<br />

For configurable I/O and fault operation<br />

LOCAL/ REMOTE APPLICATION: In cases where the drive is to be controlled from remote locations<br />

MULTI-SPEED CONTROL APPLICATION: Used in environments where the motor must step through repeated cycle<br />

with several preset speeds, such as coordinated conveyors, simple machine tools or simple positioning applications.<br />

PID CONTROL APPLICATION: An internal PID controller is used to maintain some variable (like pressure or<br />

temperature) at a desired setpoint. The variable is measured, and if there is difference in the setpoint, the motor<br />

speed will change in order to bring the variable to the correct value. PID controller can also be used with an external<br />

speed sensing device to create a simple closed loop speed control<br />

MULTI-PURPOSE CONTROL APPLICATION: Gives you access to all parameters, all I/O's and allows to create<br />

mathematical functions<br />

PUMP & FAN CONTROL WITH AUTOCHANGE: For applications where multiple fans or pumps that are connected<br />

in parallel. Autochange function allows the working hours of the various pump to be balanced for equal wear.<br />

CUSTOMIZED APPLICATIONS: Special purpose applications can also be created. For. e.g. elevators, cranes,<br />

compressors, positioning or winders application.
