The Annual Session shall be held at <strong>the</strong> city <strong>of</strong> Springfield, except<br />

when o<strong>the</strong>rwise ordered by a majority vote by <strong>the</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> <strong>Lodge</strong> convened<br />

in <strong>the</strong> Annual Session. A Special Session shall be held at <strong>the</strong><br />

time and place designated by <strong>the</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> Master in <strong>the</strong> call.<br />
