Special Deputy in looking after <strong>the</strong> flood sufferers, members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

Order, in Shawneetown and vicinity. This being in full to date.<br />

Of <strong>the</strong> $1,500 sent me, I have paid out to Bro<strong>the</strong>rs $210, leaving<br />

<strong>the</strong> balance, $1,290, on deposit in First National Bank <strong>of</strong>. Eldorado.<br />

111., subject to <strong>the</strong> order <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> Master or to my check as<br />

Special Deputy.<br />
