The typeface family chosen to represent Goldbaron branding in all forms of

printed material are Minion Pro and Nyala – Minion Pro will be working

with a all text body and Nyala will be using for all of titles in a page layout.

For internal communications in MSWord, MSExcel, and Powerpoint, and on

the website, Arial may be used if Nyala and Minion Pro are not available.

Colour reproduction methods must be matched as closely as possible to the PMS

standards. CMYK refers to the colours used in four colour process printing for

offset printers. RGB refers to values suitable when displaying colours on screen

or when projecting colours. Hexadecimal (Hex) colours are specified for web

applications.

Goldbaron brand guidelines

Introduction

Goldbaron to come from China. Now

it is the most recognized name in the

industry, Goldbaron Hotels stands as the

stylish, forward thinking global leader of

hospitality. Today Goldbaron welcomes

guests in more countries than any other

full-service hotel brand, with more than

1029 hotels and resorts in 116 countries

across six continents. Goldbaron is where

the world makes history, closes the deal,

toasts special occasions and gets away

from it all.

The symbol and branding developed for

Goldbaron Hotel have been designed to

project three ‘J’ words build up a ‘G’ word

that links the Chinese name and English

name together. The Chinese name is Jin

Jue Junchuang Hotel, and English name is

Goldbaron Hotel.

The Goldbaron Hotel logo is based on a

visual representation of stylish and dignity

elements. In China ‘J’ means gold, and

the handstand ‘J’ and the correctitude ‘J’

all means make money in. It is a kind of

‘FengShui’. There are five departments

in this Hotel, coffee house management,

recreation room management, swimming

pool management, restaurant management

and resting room management.

These guidelines have been

designed to ensure that the

Goldbaron Hotel visual brand is

managed with consistency and

professionalism. The guide provides

information on the correct usage

of the Goldbaron Hotel logo and

management logos, typeface and

colours.

Goldbaron the logo

The Goldaron logo designed two elements: the symbol and the name

typography.

These two elements must always appear together as shown in this guide.

When reproducing the logo it is essential that the appropriate digital

format is used. The various formats are supplied electronically.

To ensure success of the brand, it is essential that the Goldaron logo be

consistently presented across all applications and forms. Strict adherence

to the guidelines will help to achieve this goal.

Minimum size

To ensure the logo is reproduced effectively at

a small size the logo must not be reproduced at

a size where the width of the logo is less than

15mm. In small size The department name

element can set around the logo or do not need

it, if put it in the logo must not bereproduced

at a size where the width of the logo is less than

25mm.

Use with the Goldbaron logo

The Goldbaron department

logos have been developed to

reflect their relationship with

Goldbaron which at all times

must remain the main branding

device.

When an department logo

is used together with the

Goldbaron logo it should be

used at no larger than 60% of

the size of the Goldbaron logo.

Area of exclusion

In order to keep the the logo

uncluttered and clean, an area of

exclusion has been set at 10% of

the height of the logo. This space

must be kept clear of any print or

graphics.

Shown here is the formula for

calculating the minimum area

of exclusion - where x equals the

width of the logo. This formula

can be used to determine the

clearspace around the logo at any

size.
