CANAL MIXER FOR THE PIG STABLES

For effective mixing and breaking up of clogging in the slurry canals.

Please notice that when mixing, poisonous gasses can occur.
Ensure proper ventilation and/or use mask with hydrogen
sulphite filter!!!

Use of the canal mixer:
The canal mixer is rolled to the area with at manure clogging,
and lowered through the slotted floor with the crank
handle, untill you reach the wanted mixing depth.
When the motor is started, the mixing wings unfold, and
will make the manure circulate in the canal, so the clogging
of the manure is resolved.
After short time the manure has been homogonized, and
the mixer can be moved to other places in the canal - if
further problems occur.
The best result is achieved when the canals are full.
Depending on the extent of the problem, the process may
be repeated from another position in the drain.
