Joseph Dickerson currently serves in a lead role within Fiserv’s Innovation team, where he is focused on integrating Web 2.0<br />

technologies and improving the usability of the Fiserv’s suite of banking applications. Fiserv, a Wisconsin-based Fortune 500<br />

company with over 16,000 clients, is the largest provider of IT services to the US financial industry. Previously, Joseph worked<br />

at Cingular Wireless/AT&T’s human centered design group, where he implemented processes in user testing and design and<br />

was instrumental in setting up Cingular’s first usability lab.<br />

Mick Winters is a veteran interactive user experience architect, designer, strategist, and educator based in Atlanta, Georgia. In<br />

over 14 years as a professional creative, Mick has worked in advertising agencies, Fortune 250 in-house design departments,<br />

interactive studios, and as an independent brand consultant. As SVP of E-commerce and Customer Experience at the onlineonly<br />

plumbing and lighting fixture retailer National Builder Supply, Mick is building a culture of conversion optimization through<br />

agile UX and iterative design. Mick actively works to mentor the next generation of user experience designers and developers<br />

as an Adjunct Professor at The Creative Circus.<br />
