Según el Sistema <strong>de</strong> Impuestos Internos, el año 2007 las ventas <strong>de</strong> las<br />

activida<strong>de</strong>s características <strong>de</strong>l turismo en la <strong>región</strong>, ascendieron los 44<br />

mil millones <strong>de</strong> pesos, <strong>de</strong> los cuales el 54% pertenece al sector<br />

gastronómico, el 30% a las activida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong> transporte y agencias <strong>de</strong><br />

viaje y el 16% a los establecimientos <strong>de</strong> alojamiento.<br />
