Materiales en borla 

Fabricamos materiales en vellón de fibra de vidrio con 

protección calorífica de 500º C a 1200ºC. 

Pueden aplicarse en muchas y variadas industrias. 

Especialmente el “borla de silicato”, con una fiabilidad 

permanente de protección de1200ºC, suele sustituirse por 

materiales de amianto y cerámica. 

El diámetro del filamento de las fibras utilizadas, es superior a 

6µm. Están muy por encima del punto crítico sanitario de 3 µm 

y están actualizadas a las normas sanitarias que se han 

demostrado seguras. 

Como material básico se utiliza fibra de vidrio térmica. Las 

fibras son cardadas y/ ó comprimidas; de esta forma se amplia 

el volumen con lo que se obtiene un mayor valor de calor. 

Los vellones tienen muy buenas cualidades textiles. Son muy 

manejables, pueden cortarse fácilmente, son elásticas, etc. 

El material de borla puede suministrarse con una capa 

auto/adhesiva o de aluminio (30µm - 100µm).

Fleece materials 

We produce fibre glass fleece materials that protect 

against heat from 500º C up to 1200ºC. 

These fleece materials can be applied in many different 

industrial areas. Specially the “silicate fleece”, with permanent 

heat protection up to 1200ºC reliability, is usually substituted for 

asbestos and ceramics. 

The fibres have a filament diameter of over 6µm. Thus, the 

fibres are wide over the critical health safety range of 3 µm and 

are up to date in compliance with medical health standards 

proven to be safe. 

As basic material thermal glass fibres are used. The fibres are 

needled and/or stepped. In this way the fleece volume is 

increased and thus more warmth value is achieved. 

The fleeces possess good textile qualities. They are easy to 

form and cut, they are elastic, soft and easy to handle. All 

fleece materials can be attained with a self- adhesive or with an 

aluminium foil (30µm - 100µm).

Insulation plates 

The plates are easy to work with. When moistened, the 

plates can be bent and retain their form when dried. 

The insulation plates are made of various materials. The basic

Adhesive 

The adhesive is specially developed for high
