1. Mantener el equilibrio La habilidad básica del aprendizaje de andar en bicicleta, es mantener el equilibrio con el movimiento, con la práctica se adquirieren otras destrezas. PARA INICIAR TU APRENDIZAJE DE CÓMO ENCONTRAR Y MANTENER EL EQUILIBRIO: Busca un lugar adecuado para practicar Una superficie pavimentada en un parque, un estacionamiento vacío o una calle sin tránsito. De preferencia, que sea un área ligeramente inclinada, lo suficiente para que la bicicleta ruede sin necesidad de pedaleo. Acondiciona tu bicicleta Baja el asiento hasta que tus pies toquen por completo el suelo, para que te sientas seguro mientras logras mantenerte en equilibrio. Siente el equilibrio En tu bicicleta, sin pedalear ni levantarte del asiento, camina dando pasos cada vez más largos; mientras avanzas levanta los pies del suelo hasta conseguir circular en línea recta algunos tramos sin bajar los pies.
