EN The IPV system fulfils the need of <strong>PET</strong> pre<strong>for</strong>m producers<br />
to carry out consistent and reliable quality control on their<br />
production. Pre<strong>for</strong>ms are checked by sampling (one complete<br />
shot every x minutes) then, if necessary, are sent back to<br />
the production flow. Thanks to the high confidence interval,<br />
the system allows production quality to be continuously<br />
monitored. Sampling can be per<strong>for</strong>med at a speed of up to<br />
1,200 pre<strong>for</strong>ms/hour.<br />

El sistema IPV cumplía la necesidad de muchos fabricantes de<br />
pre<strong>for</strong>mas de realizar un control de calidad de la producción.<br />
Las pre<strong>for</strong>mas son chequeadas por muestreo (una inyectada<br />
completa cada x minutos) y luego, si necesario, devueltas a la<br />
producción. Gracias al alto intervalo de confianza, el sistema<br />
permite un control de calidad continuo de la producción. El<br />
muestreo puede llevarse a una velocidad hasta 1200 pre<strong>for</strong>mas/<br />
hora.<br />
