compound masses.
Construction Features
• 2 conching shafts equipped with rugged and efficient
conching tools
• 2 geared driving motors, frequency controlled for optimal
speed adjustment within the different phases of conching
• 1 shut-able mass inlet
• 1 pneumatic operated louver for optimal exchange of
matter
• Conche bowl with double jacket and integrated tempering
system to observe the adjusted process temperatures
• 2 pneumatic operated outlet ball valves with connection to
the discharge pump
• Constructed from mild steel
• 1 switch cabinet for conching process and recipe management
Optional Equipment
• Control of dosing equipment for final addition of cocoa
butter, vegetable fat, lecithin, admul etc.
• Discharge Pumps with capacities up to 20000 kg/h
• Blower with heater for increasing exchange of matter
