La población beneficiaria está constituida por 376 familias que<br />
viven en 17 comunidades el Municipio Poroma, en razón a que<br />
el 99,3 % está categorizada como muy pobre.<br />

La característica étnica fundament<strong>al</strong> es que tienen origen<br />
Quechua, presencia de culturas andinas (Ayllus), con fuerte<br />
arraigo sindic<strong>al</strong> en lo organizativo.
