This feed maybe used to connect to an external digitaleffect processor, or even to an amplifierand speakers, depending on your desired10settings.10. Foot Switch JackThis port is for the inclusion of a non-latching foot switch, used toremotely adjust properties of the built-in Digital Effect processor.The <strong>Powerpod</strong>s <strong>620</strong> R and <strong>740</strong> R both feature a single foot switchjack, which allows the user to remotely turn on and off the digitaleffects.SPEAKER SETUPNot usedRear Panel11. Speaker OutputsThese jacks are used to connect to speakers, fed from the internalpower amp. They consist of 1/4" Phone Jacks on both models.The Amp Select switch (on the front of the mixer) determines theoperation of these jacks. If the Amp Select switch is set to "Main1/Main2" or "Main / Moni", a single speaker with a 4 to 8 ohm loadcan be connected to jack A on both the Main 1 and Main 2 speakeroutputs. You can also connect two speakers with impedancesbetween 8 and 16 ohms to both jacks A and B of the Main 1/2speaker outputs. When using Bridge Mono mode, use the SpeakerOutput labeled "Bridge (L+R)" only to connect a Speaker witha loading between 8 and 16 ohms. Refer to the Speaker set upchart to the right for a more detailed indication of how to connectspeakers.Not usedNB.
