Abstract This provocative exhibition is looking inside the phenomena of Red Orthodoxy and trying to let the visitor ask himself questions like: “What is it and who it serves? Why it appears, how it works and what it based on?” The exhibition is primary commissioned to be shown abroad. Adopted especially for Fabra y Coats gallery in Barcelona. It also might have a differently arranged non-provocative version to be shown in Russia - homeland of 86% of supporters of creators of Ortodoxia Roja. For instance rom the first look it might seems as a pro-regime exhibition, while leaving the same questions for some of the visitors. Consciously or subconsciously. For Who? The exhibition primary might be interesting for wide range of professionals and generally interested people in culture, political sciences, sociology, economy and emerging critical situation in ex Soviet territories. Also it might be important for people who care about their and their children future as the processes we talk about are few generations-long. Also it might higher the general self-responsibility of Russian citizens. What? First of all Orthodoxia Roja is some sort of Propaganda aimed on two contradictive and previously absolutely excluding each other electorates - orthodox christians and communists. Or to be more precise post communists and neochristians in Russia. Phenomena Ortodoxia Roja (Красное Православие) is a therm freshly appeared in Russia. Itʼs a child of 40ʼs Orthodox Stalinism and itʼs covering any type of mixture between typical for Russia Orthodox Christianity and Communist or Post Communists. Some people think primary the idea appeared in the time of Stalin. While Soviets was Atheist country, after late 80ʼs Perestroika many ex-communists appeared to be religious. Some of the people was hiding their religious views before, but some suddenly converted without understanding much what they are believe in to. Before and now Soviet Orthodox Church is highly controlled by KGB/FSB and there is evidence what current Highest Priest of Orthodox Church - Kirill is also have very high rank in the secret service of Russia. Ortodoxia Roja in this case is latest communication product, using more or less all previous achievements of the “Industry of Poder”, as very usual in the actual Vintage Culture of Digital Era of today.
