levels for burglary protection and fire protection

in weight categories between 100 kg

and 4.5 tonnes. The provisions of the insurance

company play a role as does, of course, the

amount of valuables. We offer you detailed

D. Sontheimer: We set out the requirements

together with the customer as part of a

consultation. As a specialist shop for safes

with certificates, our range of products stretches

from wall safes or floor safes to furniture

safes, free-standing safes, data security

cabinets, strongroom doors, key cabinets, gun

safes, special safes, deposit safes, room safes,

narcotics safes and exclusive safes in highgloss

paint with gold-plated fittings, not to

mention antique safes. We have a very large

selection for personal and commercial use. All

safes are available with special fire protection,

on request.

LiM: What are the transport costs for a safe?

And who is responsible for assembling the

safe?

D. Sontheimer: We deliver the safes ordered

from us and are also responsible for assembling

them. Our transport team have many years of

experience and know exactly what they’re

doing. Important to know: even in the case of

complicated circumstances (is checked previously

by us on site), our customers can expect

the best service. The safes come in a neutral

vehicle. It’s understandable that there are big

differences, for example, between delivering a

30kg small safe and transporting a 1 or 2 tonne

heavy safe. Smaller safes are usually delivered

free-of-charge. We’ll give you a quote for the

transport of larger safes.

LiM: Are all safe models available straight from

the warehouse?

D. Sontheimer: We have a permanent stock of

several hundred safes in our show rooms. Of

course, in different sizes and security classes.

We always aim to find the right model for the

customer with our specialist consultation. We

deliver straight away. As a specialist store for

brand safes, we can also fulfil special requests

at short notice.

LiM: What sort of service do you offer after the
