RESUMEN
In the last 10‐15 years, adhesive
dentistry changed deeply dental therapy
and habitus of practitioners. Thanks to
improvements of bonding materials and
techniques to dental substrates, it is now
possible to make esthetic restorations
reducing biological costs. During this
presentation an overview of aesthetic
concepts and adhesive procedures and
materials available will be firstly presented.
Then, clinical procedures for restoring
anterior and posterior teeth using direct
restorations will be presented. The shown
clinical cases will progressively more
difficult from easy and small restorations
to reconstructions of a wide coronal part of
the tooth. It will emphasized the
characteristics of resin composite material
for reproducing natural appearance of
anterior teeth and roles of dentin and
enamel shades. An easy and repeatable
procedure for restoring teeth of different
ages/shades will be shown. Finally, clinical
procedures for restoring teeth using
indirect techniques and for building up
endodontically treated teeth will be also
presented. Particularly, the use of fiber
posts for restoring endodontically tretaed
teeth will be emphasized.

Odontoiatria dell’Università di Padova
nell’ambito dell’insegnamento di
Odontoiatria Conservatrice.
• Professore a contratto con incarico di
insegnamento nel CLOPD di Padova su
argomenti di conservativa.
• Nel 1995 ha conseguito il diploma di
perfezionamento in Odontoiatria
Restaurativa presso l’Università di Siena.
• Relatore a numerosi congressi e corsi
nazionali e internazionali, autore di
pubblicazioni scientifiche in Odontoiatria
Conservatrice.
• Esercita la libera professione a Padova
occupandosi di restaurativa estetica diretta
ed indiretta e di endodonzia.
RESUMEN
Il desiderio di un restauro naturale
induce il paziente oggi con maggiore
frequenza a richiedere l’utilizzo di
materiale estetico nei settori anteriori e
posteriori.
Obiettivo dell’incontro è quello di
fornire alcuni suggerimenti per il successo
clinico dei restauri ed indicare tecniche
operative semplici e ripetibili per la
ricostruzione dei denti anteriori e
posteriori sulla base delle conoscenze
attuali sull’adesione e sulla stratificazione
