1. Le service à la « patientèle »

Does each of our patients wish he be

treated the same way? It is important to

know the various psychological profi les,

understand what patients are telling us,

establish a relationship of trust in order

to give value to a treatment plan and

maximize the impact of our interventions.

This session focuses on defining

quality in the service, how to stand out as

Prevent and identify risk factors;

Recognize heart disease (angina,

coronary thrombosis, heart attack);

Treat heart problems (nitro, AAS);

Clearing the respiratory tract;

Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation

(CPR) and AED (automated external

defi brillator);

How to take care of the AED;

Practice on the manikin. Each participant

will receive a certifi cation card

and a guide.
