Warning:
► Always disconnect the mains plug before cleaning.
► Do not immerse the device into water for cleaning. This
could cause electric shock or fire.
Caution:
► Do not use wire brushes or other abrasive objects.
► Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
• Remove the mixing container for a more thorough cleaning.
• Disassemble the mixer after each use.

Warning: Risk of injury!
The blades of the blade assembly are very sharp. Be careful
when disassembling, cleaning or mounting single parts.
• Unfasten the screw cap clockwise from the carafe.
• Remove the sealing ring from the screw cap.
Carafe (13) and lid (12)
• Clean the carafe and lid in warm soapy water.
Sealing ring (14) and blade assembly (15)
• Only rinse shortly under hot water.
• After cleaning and drying, assemble your mixer in reverse
order.
Mixing bowl and accessories
• Remove the mixing bowl for you to remove residue on the
drive shaft.
• Clean detachable parts that have been stained by dough in
soapy water.
Caution:
The parts are not suitable for dishwasher cleaning. The parts
could warp or discolor under influence of heat and aggressive
cleaning agents.
Enclosure
• Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning the surface of the
device.
Troubleshooting
• Device not functioning.
Solution:
Check the mains connection.
Other possible causes:
Your device is equipped with two safety switches.
They prevent the accidental start of the motor.
Solution:
Check for correct position of the
○ pivoting arm (1)
○ mixing container (13) or
○ safety lid (7).
Overheat protection
• The device features an overheat protection system. In case
of overcharge, this system will be triggered. The device will
then not be ready for operation. Disconnect the plug from
the mains.
• Let the device cool down completely, and
only then press the reset button on the
bottom of the device (see fig.) in order to
use the kitchen machine again.

The sound pressure level was measured at the ear of a user
(LpA) in compliance with DIN EN ISO 3744.
