• Per una prima orientativa valutazione le dimensioni principali da confrontare con le capacità del modello di mandrino
prescelto sono :
- G = massimo raggio di rotazione a pezzo grezzo
- C = spessore nella zona di serraggio, al quale va sommato lo spessore delle ganasce di presa.
• For a first preliminary chuck selection it is most important to check the following dimensions:
- G = the biggest diagonal of the raw component.
- C = clamping area thickness + jaws thickness.
• Für eine erste Einschätzung sehen Sie sich die nebenstehende Schemazeichnung an. Folgende Werte sind für
die Auswahl der passenden Spindel von Bedeutung:
- G = maximaler Rotationsradius des unbearbeiteten Werkstücks
- C = Dicke an der Stelle, an der das Werkstück gegriffen werden soll, zu diesem Wert wird die Dicke der Zangen
addiert.
• Pour une première évaluation d'orientation, il faut confronter les dimensions principales de la pièce avec les caractéristiques
du modèle de mandrin choisi, c'est-à-dire:
- G = axe de rotation maximum pour chaque pièce brute
- C = épaisseur de la zone de serrage à laquelle ajouter l'épaisseur des mâchoires de préhension.
