Notbeleuchtung:

Die Notbeleuchtung wird bei einer Störung

der allgemeinen Beleuchtung rechtzeitig

wirksam. Man unterscheidet zwischen Ersatzbeleuchtung

und Sicherheitsbeleuchtung.

Ersatzbeleuchtung:

Die Ersatzbeleuchtung ist eine freiwillige Einrichtung

und stellt sicher, dass Arbeiten

auch beim Ausfall der allgemeinen Beleuchtung

während einer gewissen Zeit weiter

ausgeführt werden können. Dies sind zum

Beispiel Alarmzentralen, elektrische Schaltanlagen

oder ähnliche Anwendungen.

Sicherheitsbeleuchtung:

Die Sicherheitsbeleuchtung hat ausschliesslich

den Zweck, Gefahren in Folge des Ausfalls

der allgemeinen Beleuchtung zu verhüten

und Personen das sichere Verlassen der

Gefahrenzone zu ermöglichen. Man unterscheidet

zwischen Antipanikbeleuchtung,

Sicherheitsbeleuchtung für Rettungswege

und Sicherheitsbeleuchtung für gefährliche

Arbeitsplätze.

Antipanikbeleuchtung:

Die Antipanikbeleuchtung stellt eine minimale

Grundbeleuchtung sicher und verhindert,

dass sich Personen durch panische

Reaktionen bei Netzausfall in Gefahr begeben.

Ferner dient sie dazu, in grösseren Räumen

die Fluchtwege sicher erreichen zu

können. Typische Anwendungen sind Aufzüge,

Rolltreppen und grössere Räume wie

zum Beispiel Verkaufsflächen.

Die Sicherheitsbeleuchtung für Rettungswege

dient dazu, Personen im Gebäude die

Orientierung zu ermöglichen und den

If the normal room lighting fails, the emergency

lighting is switched on immediately.

There is a difference between standby lighting

and safety lighting.

Standby lighting:

The standby lighting is optional and makes

it possible to continue work for a certain period

of time even if the normal room lighting

fails. This applies, for example, to ring-out

points, electric switch-gear assemblies or

similar applications.

Safety lighting:

Safety lighting exclusively serves to guard

against possible hazards occurring as a

result of the normal room lighting failing and

to enable persons to safely escape from the

danger zone. A difference is made between

anti-panic lighting and safety lighting for

escape routes or safety lighting for dangerous

workplaces.

Anti-panic lighting:

A minimum basic lighting is ensured which

prevents people from getting into dangerous

situations as a result of panic reactions

in the case of power failure. In larger rooms

it also ensures that escape routes can be

safely reached. Typical application areas

include lifts, escalators and larger rooms

such as sales areas.

The safety lighting for escape routes is

employed to assist persons in finding directions

and to illuminate escape routes.

In the case of power failure the escape

lighting provides a minimum of illumination

for the escape routes.

The escape lighting may be integrated in

L’éclairage de secours est activé à temps en

cas de panne de l’éclairage général. Il y a

l’éclairage de remplacement et l’éclairage

de sécurité.

Eclairage de remplacement:

L’éclairage de remplacement est une installation

facultative qui garantit que des travaux

peuvent continuer à être effectués

pendant un certain temps, même en cas de

panne de l’éclairage général. Il s’agit par

exemple de centrales d’alarme, d’installations

de distribution électriques, etc.

Eclairage de sécurité:

L’éclairage de sécurité a pour unique objectif

d’empêcher tout danger à la suite d’une

panne de l’éclairage général et de permettre

aux personnes de quitter en toute sécurité

la zone de danger. Il existe l’éclairage

anti-panique, l’éclairage de sécurité pour

voies de secours et l’éclairage de sécurité

pour postes de travail dangereux .

Eclairage anti-panique:

L’éclairage anti-panique garantit un éclairage

de base minimum et évite que des personnes

ne se mettent en danger par des

réactions de panique en cas de panne du

secteur. Il sert par ailleurs à pouvoir trouver

en toute sécurité les voies d’évacuation

dans les grands locaux. Les utilisations

typiques sont les ascenseurs, les esca-liers

roulants et les grands locaux comme par

exemple les magasins de vente.

L’éclairage de sécurité pour voies de

secours permet aux personnes de s’orienter

dans un bâtiment et d’éclairer les voies d’évacuation.

Die Fluchtwegbeleuchtung beleuchtet bei

Netzausfall die Fluchtwege mit einer minimalen

Beleuchtungsstärke. Die Fluchtwegbeleuchtung

kann in die Allgemeinbeleuchtung

integriert werden [kombinierte Leuchten].

Die beleuchteten oder hinterleuchteten

Sicherheitszeichen zeigen die Fluchtrichtung

an und markieren die Notausgänge.

Die Sicherheitsbeleuchtung für gefährliche

Arbeitsplätze dient dazu, Anlagen, Prozesse

oder Maschinen bei Netzausfall kontrolliert

stoppen zu können. Sie dient ebenfalls

dazu, Arbeitsplätze zu beleuchten, welche

für Personen bei Dunkelheit eine

Wochenenden oder in Industriebetrieben].

Betriebsdauer:

Die Dauer, während der die Leuchte bei

Netzausfall weiter funktionieren soll. Sie beträgt

je nach Einsatz, 1 bzw. 3 Stunden.

Systeme:

Bei Notbeleuchtungsanlagen mit Zentralbatterie

stellt eine grosse, zentrale Notstromanlage

die Energieversorgung aller Notleuchten

im Notbetrieb sicher. Die Energieverteilung

zu den einzelnen Notleuchten

geschieht durch ein eigenes, feuerbeständiges

Netz. Für Zentralbatterie-Anlagen bestehen

separate Normen und Vorschriften.

Bei Notbeleuchtungsanlagen mit Gruppenbatterie

werden die Notleuchten eines

Gebäudes in mehrere Gruppen zusammengefasst

[Brandabschnitte, Stockwerke usw.].

Jede Gruppe wird von einer kleinen Zentralanlage

versorgt.

Bei Notbeleuchtungsanlagen mit Einzelbatterie

ist jede Notleuchte mit einer Batterie

In permanent operation, lights are illuminated

dezentral ist und jede Leuchte

autonom arbeitet, liegt der Vorteil in der

hohen Betriebssicherheit.

Ausrüstungen:

Lampen: Unsere Notlichtelemente sind für

den Betrieb mit handelsüblichen Fluoreszenzlampen

und 4-Stift-Kompaktlampen im

Bereich 4-80W geeignet.

Batterien: Für die Speisung unserer Notlichtelemente

sind hochtemperaturfeste Akkumulatoren,

wie zum Beispiel NiCd- Batterien

zu verwenden. Von uns gelieferte Batterien

sind generell ungeladen. Vor dem ersten

Test des Notbetriebs muss das Element mindestens

24 Stunden am Netz angeschlossen

sein.

Vorschaltgeräte: Notleuchten in Dauerschaltung

sind zusätzlich zum Notlichtelement

für den Netzbetrieb mit einem Vorschaltgerät

ausgerüstet. Es sind alle handelsüblichen,

konventionellen Vorschaltgeräte

[KVG+VVG] sowie fast alle elektronischen

Vorschaltgeräte [EVG] mit unseren

Notlichtelementen kombinierbar.

Prüfeinrichtungen bieten die Möglichkeit zu

überprüfen, ob die Notleuchte im Notbetrieb

funktioniert. Es gibt unterschiedliche

halbautomatische Prüfeinrichtungen: Der

halbautomatische Selbsttest wird meist

manuell per Tastendruck ausgelöst. Das

Testprogramm überprüft den Zustand der

Notbeleuchtung und zeigt das Prüfergebnis

an.

Beim vollautomatischen Selbsttest wird das

Testprogramm durch eine interne Zeitsteuerung

automatisch gestartet und überwacht.

Dabei werden periodisch das

Notlichtelement, die Lampe und die Batterie

geprüft. Das Prüfergebnis wird nach Ablauf

der Prüfung optisch und akustisch anzeigt.

Different semi-automatic test facilities

are available: The semi-automatic self-test

is mostly triggered manually by pressing a

button. The test program checks the status

of the emergency lighting and displays the

test result.

In the automatic self-test an integrated time

program controller serves to automatically

start and monitor the test program. During

this process the emergency light unit, lamp

and battery are periodically checked. After

completion of the test, the test result is indicated

by a visual and acoustic signal.

en plus de l’élément d’éclairage de

secours pour fonctionnement sur secteur.

Tous les ballasts conventionneles

[KVG+VVG] et quasiment tous les ballasts

électroniques [EVG] peuvent se combiner

avec nos éléments d’éclairage de secours.

Des systèmes de contrôle permettent de

vérifier si l’éclairage de secours fonctionne

en régime de secours. Il existe différents systèmes

de contrôle semi-automatiques: Le

système de contrôle semi-automatique est

généralement déclenché manuellement

en appuyant sur un bouton. Le programme

de contrôle vérifie l'état de l'éclairage de

secours et affiche le résultat du contrôle.

Die Notlichtelemente der Baureihe SICURO-

TRON-FLG, -FLG-S und FLG-SRM sind für den

Einsatz in Notbeleuchtungsanlagen nach

EN 50172 geeignet. Sie sind nach EN 60598-

2-22 gebaut. Die Geräte FLG-S sind zusätzlich

mit einem Selbsttest ausgerüstet. Der

Selbsttest überprüft wöchentlich die Funktion

der Lampe sowie des Akkus. Alle 3

Monate wird ein Kapazitätstest, welcher die

Batterieladung prüft, durchgeführt. Die Notlichtelemente

der Baureihe SICUROTRON-

FLG-SRM sind für den Einsatz in BUS-Anlagen

SICUROLINK-M2 mit Leitzentrale mit lokaler

Überwachung bzw. Internet Überwachung.

The emergency lighting units SICUROTRON-

LEC and -LEC-S as well as -LEC-N are

designed according to the standard EN

60598-2-22 and are suited to be mounted in

lighting installations employing with the

standard EN 50171 and EN 50172.The units

LEC-S have additionaly the capability to

automatically test themselves. Once a week

a functional test checks the function of the

lamp as well as of the battery.About 4 times

a year, this test is longer and is activated for

the nominal operating time of the emergency

lighting in order to test the battery

capacity. The emergency lighting units

SICUROTRON-LEC-SRM are designed for use

in BUIS-systems SICUROLINK-M2 with a central

controller with local supervision or

supervision over internet.

Diese Notlichtelemente sind speziell für den

Betrieb von LED-Leuchten in Dauer- und

Bereitschaftsschaltung konzipiert.

Im Netzbetrieb wird der LED-Strom elektronisch

geregelt, wobei mittels einem Jumper

der LED-Strom zwischen 110 und 450mA

ausgewählt werden kann [5 Positionen:

0=110mA, 1=150mA, 2=225mA,

3=300mA, 4=450mA]. Das Notlichtelement

arbeitet somit im Netzbetrieb als reine

Stromquelle. Die Spannung, welche auf den

LED’s entsteht, ergibt sich in Abhängigkeit

der LED-Anordnung. Die maximale Ausgangsleistung

im Netzbetrieb ist auf 10W

begrenzt bzw. die maximale Ausgangsspannung

auf 28V; die minimale Ausgangsspannung

beträgt 15V.

Im Notbetrieb wird die Ausgangsleistung

auf 1W geregelt, unabhängig von der LED-

Anordnung.

Für die Notbeleuchtung ab Zentralbatterie

bzw. als Hinweisleuchte im reinen Netzbetrieb

sind die Geräte SICUROTRON-LEC-N

einzusetzen. Der Ausgangsstrom bleibt

sowohl bei Netzbetrieb wie bei Notbetrieb

ab Zentralbatterie gleich.


TRON-LEC, -LEC-S, -LEC-SRM und -LEC-N sind

nicht geeignet für den Einsatz mit LED-Leisten,

welche bereits über eine eigene

Strombegrenzung verfügen bzw. mit einer

bestimmten Spannung [z.B. 15 oder 28V]

betrieben werden müssen. Ferner ist zu

beachten, dass die Ausgangsspannung,

welche am LED-Ausgang entsteht, als SELV-

Spannung betrachtet werden kann; d.h.,

dass die Isolierung, wie in unseren Notlichtelementen

SICUROTRON der Baureihe LEC,

LEC-S, LEC-SRM und LEC-N, zwischen der

Netz- und der Ausgangsspannung gemäss

Norm als verstärkte Isolierung zu bauen ist.

In unseren Notleuchten können daher bei

angeschlossenem Netz die LED’s ausgetauscht

werden.

These emergency lighting units are specially

designed for the operation of LED luminaires

in continuous and standby switching

modes.

In mains operating mode, the LED current is

controlled electronically whereby you can

use a jumper to select between 110 and

450mA [5 positions: 0=110mA, 1=150mA,

2=225mA, 3=300mA, 4=450mA].Therefore,

in mains operation, the emergency lighting

unit works purely as a source of current.The

voltage arising at the LEDs depends on the

way the LEDs are arranged. The maximum

power output in mains mode is limited to

In emergency operating mode, the power

output is controlled at 1W, irrespective of

For emergency lighting from a central battery

mode from a central battery.

The emergency lighting units in the SICURO-

TRON-LEC, -LEC-S, -LEC-SRM and -LEC-N

range are not suitable for use with LED strips,

which already have their own current limiting

system or have to be operated at a specific

voltage [e.g. 15 or 28V]. Furthermore,

care should be taken to ensure that the output

voltage arising at the LED output can

be regarded as SELV voltage. In other words,

that the insulation, such as in our SICURO-

TRON emergency lighting units in the LEC,

LEC-S, LEC-SRM and LEC-N range, is to be

constructed in the form of reinforced insulation

between the mains and output voltage

according to the standard. Therefore, with

our emergency luminaires, the LEDs can be

replaced whilst still connected to the mains.

En cas de fonctionnement sur secteur,l'alimentation

sur secteur et de fonctionnement

de secours avec une batterie centrale.

Les éléments de secours de la gamme SICURO-

TRON-LEC, LEC-S, LEC-SRM et LEC-N ne conviennent

pas pour une utilisation avec des barrettes

de diodes,qui disposent déjà d'une propre limitation

de courant ou doivent fonctionner avec

une tension bien définie [par ex.15 ou 28V].Par

ailleurs,il faut tenir compte du fait que la tension

de sortie au niveau de la sortie des diodes peut

être considérée comme une tension de sécurité

très basse ; en d'autres termes,l'isolation comme

dans nos éléments de secours SICUROTRON

de la gamme LEC, LEC-S, LEC-SRM et LEC-N doit

être mise en place et renforcée entre la tension

du secteur et la tension de sortie conformément

aux normes en vigueur.En ce qui concerne nos

éclairages de secours,les diodes peuvent donc

être remplacées réseau branché.

SICUROLINK-M2 ist ein Notbeleuchtungssystem

basierend auf autonomen Notlichtelementen

mit dezentraler Stromversorgung,

die an einer Leitzentrale angeschlossen

sind. Dabei werden auf dem Datenbus die

Betriebszustände der Notlichtelemente an

die Zentrale gemeldet. Dieses System bietet

folgende Vorteile:

• permanente Überwachung des gesamten

Notbeleuchtungssystems von zentraler

Stelle

• höchste Betriebssicherheit

• Ferndiagnose und Meldung von Störungen

an Notlichtelementen

• automatische Buchführung über die Betriebsbereitschaft

des Systems

• minimaler Unterhaltsaufwand

• sehr bedienungsfreundlich

Die Voraussetzung für den minimalen Unterhaltsaufwand

bildet die Kombination des

automatischen Selbsttests der Notlichtelemente

mit der Datenübertragung an

eine Zentrale. Die manuelle Testauslösung

entfällt. Die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen

Kontrollprozeduren werden vom System

SICUROLINK-M2 übernommen. Der Unterhaltsdienst

wird nur noch zur gezielten

Fehlerbehebung benötigt. Durch die zentrale

Anzeige der Fehlerursache mit genauer

Ortsbestimmung ist es einem Servicetechniker

möglich, Fehler in der Anlage zielgerichtet

zu beheben. Der Betreiber wird, bis auf

eine jährliche visuelle Kontrolle der Statusanzeige

des Notlichtelements, von allen vorgeschriebenen

Test- und Kontrollprozeduren

befreit.

Das BUS-System

Das SICUROLINK-M2 basiert auf dem verpolsicheren

36V Meterbus. Für die Kommunikations-

bzw. Hauptleitung ist ein 2x0,6mm 2

bis 1,5mm 2 Kabel vorgesehen. Die Notlichtelemente

werden zu Gruppen zusammengefasst.

Jede Gruppe erhält eine eigene

Kommunikationsleitung, welche die

Notlichtelemente mit einer SICUROBOX verbindet.

An der gleichen Leitung können

maximal 125 Notlichtelemente [125x]

angeschlossen werden. Die Distanz zwischen

SICUROBOX und dem letzten Notlichtelement

kann bis zu 1000m [mit

2x1,5mm 2 Leitung] betragen.

SICUROLINK-M2 is an emergency lighting

system based on independent, separately

powered lighting units which are connected

to a control centre. This system has the

following advantages:

• permanent supervision of the whole

emergency lighting system from a central

position

• maximum reliability

• remote diagnosis and signalling of faulty

emergency lighting units

• automatic logging of the system’s operational

readiness

• minimum maintenance

• very user-friendly

Maintenance is reduced to a minimum by

combining automatic self-testing of the

emergency lighting units with data transmission

to a central controller. Manual testing

is no longer required. The statutory

checking procedures are performed by the

system SICUROLINK-M2. A maintenance

service is required only to remedy specific

faults. Central indication of defects together

with their precise location enables the service

technician to go straight to the fault

any-where in the installation. Apart from

visually checking the emergency lighting

status indicator and physical state once a

year, the user is freed from all officially specified

testing and inspection procedures.

The BUS-system

SICUROLINK-M2 is based on the Meterbus

failsafe signal standard [36Vdc, both lines

can be crossed]. A normal cable

[2x0.6mm 2 to 1.5 mm 2 for larger installations]

is used for the communication and

trunk lines. To increase reliability still further

the emergency lighting units are arranged

in groups. Each group has its own communication

line. The communication line is

connected to each lighting unit and to the

SICUROBOX. Up to 125 lighting units [125x]

can be connected to the same line.The distance

between the SICUROBOX and the last

emergency lighting unit can be up to

1000m [with 2x1.5mm 2 cable].

SICUROTRON xxx-SRM

The emergency lighting units SICUROTRON

FLC-SRM, FLG-SRM, FLF-SRM and LEC-SRM are

equipped with electronic circuitry to perform

cyclic self-testing and to transmit data.

raccordés à une centrale de commande

qui supervise leur état en permanence. Le

transfert de données entre la centrale et les

éléments se fait sur un bus de communication.

Ce système a les avantages suivants:

du système d'éclairage de secours

• sécurité de fonctionnement optimale

• signalisation des défauts et diagnostic à

distance

• archivage automatique de l’état de service

du système et de son historique

• frais d’entretien minimes

• facilité d’utilisation

Comme les éléments se contrôlent de

façon automatique et autonome, et que les

résultats des autocontrôles sont transmis et

analysés par le système SICUROLINK-M2, il

n’est plus nécessaire de déclencher ces

tests périodiques manuellement. Le coût

d’entretien de l’éclairage de secours est

ainsi minimisé. Le système SICUROLINK-M2

se charge des contrôles prescrits par la loi.

Le service d’entretien se limite ainsi aux

réparations nécessaires, facilitées par l’indication

de la cause du défaut ainsi que de

sa localisation. La seule obligation réservée

à l’opérateur concernant les tests et contrôles

obligatoires, est d’effectuer un contrôle

visuel annuel de l’état général du luminaire

de secours.

Le système BUS

Pour le transfert des données sur bus de

communication, le système SICUROLINK-M2

utilise le standard Meterbus [36V, avec possibilité

d’interversion des fils]. Le câble à utiliser

pour le bus est un câble standard sans

blindage de section 2x0,6mm 2 à 1,5mm 2 .

Pour accroître la fiabilité du système, les éléments

sont répartis en différents groupes.

Chaque groupe dispose de son propre bus

de communication, sur lequel est raccordé

chaque élément ainsi que la SICUROBOX. Il

est possible de raccorder jusqu’à 125 éléments

[125x] sur chaque SICUROBOX. La

distance maximale entre la SICUROBOX et

l’élément le plus éloigné peut atteindre

1000m [avec 2x1,5mm 2 câble.

von jedem PC weiterverarbeitet werden.

Wenn alle Leuchten einer Notbeleuchtungsanlage

mit SICUROTRON-SRM ausgerüstet

sind, und wenn die Daten über SICU-

ROBOX übertragen und über SICUROVERT

umgewandelt werden, ist es möglich, die

Anlage aus einer Leitzentrale zu überwachen

bzw. zu steuern.

Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, diese Leitzentrale

zu bilden:

• als Bus-System mit lokaler Überwachung

mittels einem lokalen PC und der auf diesem

PC installierten WINLINK Software,

welche für die Notbeleuchtung speziell

entwickelt wurde

• als Bus-System mit Internet Überwachung

mittels einem SICUROWEB Modul,

welches die Anlage selbstständig überwacht

und über das Netzwerk [Intranet

bzw. Internet] alle Daten übertragen

kann. Damit ist es aus jedem PC über

Internet Explorer möglich, mit der Anlage

zu kommunizieren.

SICUROVERT

This unit is an interface converter. The Meterbus

signal standard used in the

SICUROLINK system is converted to the more

widely used RS232 standard. It can be connected

to a serial interface of any PC. If all

light fittings of an emergency lighting installation

are equipped with SRM-SICUROTRON,

and if all the information is transmitted

through SICUROBOX modules and converted

using the SICUROVERT unit, then it is possible

to supervise and control the installation

from a central controller.

There are two possibilities to build this central

controller:

• with a bus-system with local supervision

using a local PC and the dedicated

WINLINK software installed on this PC

• with a bus-system with supervision over

internet using the SICUROWEB unit, which

supervises the installation on its own, and

which can put all the information on the

local network [Intranet and through it:

Internet]. With this unit, it is possible to

communicate with the installation from

any PC using Internet Explorer.

SICUROBOX

Cette unité fonctionne en concentrateur de

signaux lors du transfert des données entre

les éléments et la centrale. Elle fait une présélection

des données transférées.

SICUROVERT

Cette unité fonctionne en convertisseur. Elle

transforme les signaux de transmission au

standard Meterbus utilisé sur les bus du système

SICUROLINK-M2 en standard RS232,

utilisé sur la plupart des liaisons série des

ordinateurs. Si tous les luminaires d'une

installation d'éclairage de secours sont

équipés de modules SICUROTRON SRM, et si

toutes les données sont transmises à travers

les modules SICUROBOX et converties par le

SICUROWEB

Das SICUROWEB-Modul wird mit Hilfe des

Schnittstellenkonverters SICUROVERT an die

Hauptleitung des Notlichtsystems SICURO-

LINK-M2 angekoppelt. Das SICUROWEB-

Modul übernimmt, rein kommunikationstechnisch,

die Rolle einer Leitstation im

Datennetz. Sie nimmt zyklisch mit jedem

angeschlossenen Notlichtelement Verbindung

auf und erhält Informationen über

den Zustand des angesprochenen Notlichtelementes.

Das SICUROWEB-Modul wird an einem lokalen

Netzwerk angeschlossen [TCP/IP Protokoll]

und wird von den auf diesem Netzwerk

verbundenen Computern [PC] als ein Web

Server angesehen . Mittels Internet-Browser

[Internet Explorer] können die in SICURO-

WEB gespeicherten Daten auf dem PC

angezeigt werden. Danke der graphischen

Darstellung der Datenanzeige ist es sehr

einfach, mit dem SICUROWEB-Modul zu

kommunizieren.

SICUROWEB

The SICUROWEB unit is connected through

the SICUROVERT to the main communication

bus of the SICUROLINK-M2 emergency

lighting system. The SICUROWEB unit, on a

pure communication level, performs the

task of a central controller in the communication

network. It periodically establishes a

dialog with each emergency lighting unit

connected to the system and gets the information

related to the status of emergency

lighting unit being addressed.

The SICUROWEB unit is connected to a local

network [TCP/IP protocol] and is seen from

the other computers [PC] connected to this

network as a Web Server. Using an Internet-

Browser [Internet Explorer] it is possible to

display all the information stored in the

SICUROWEB unit. Thanks to the graphic

design of the displayed data, it is very easy

to communicate with the SICUROWEB unit.

SICUROWEB

Le module SICUROWEB est raccordé à travers

le module SICUROVERT au bus principal

de communication de l'installation d'éclairage

de secours SICUROLINK-M2. Le

module SICUROWEB, sur le simple plan de la

communication, remplit la tâche d'une

centrale de commande dans le réseau de

communication. Il établit périodiquement le

dialogue avec chacun des éléments pour

éclairage de secours raccordés à l'installation

et recueille les informations concernant

SICUROLUX emergency light fittings

supply can be monitored, and the

battery kept charged .

sector fuse for the normal room lighting

to ensure that the emergency

lighting responds not only to an overall

power cut, but also when the sector

fuse blows. With permanent-mode

operation it is important to connect

the electronic ballast and the emergency

lighting unit to the same

Für die Installation der Notleuchten

SICUROLUX gelten generell die einschlägigen

Vorschriften und Normen

von Notleuchten am Montageort. Die

Montage der Leuchten hat ausschliesslich

durch entsprechend ausgebildetes

Fachpersonal zu erfolgen.

Bei Spannungen über 50 Volt besteht

Lebensgefahr.

des Gerätes, der

Lampe und der Batterie automatisch

geprüft. Zusätzlich wird 3-monatlich

die Batteriekapazität durch die Simulation

eines Netzausfalls gemessen.

Der erste Kapazitätstest erfolgt 48h

nach der Installation oder einer Fehlerbehebung.

Die folgenden Kapazitätstests

erfolgen im Abstand von 3

Monaten, frühestens aber 48h nach

einem Netzausfall. Diese Tests führt

jedes Notlichtelement selbständig

durch. Die Testresultate werden mittels

einer zweifarbigen LED am Gerät

angezeigt.

2. Status indicator

With light fittings without automatic

self-test the green LED indicates the

correct charging of the battery. During

emergency operation or when

the battery is fully discharged, the LED

is not lighted [and remains white].

When the battery is not or badly connected,

the green LED is flashing. All

periodic tests need to be carried out

manually. For this purpose the local

requirements and the chapter in this

catalogue must be observed.

SICUROLUX emergency light fittings

with automatic self-test require only

periodic visual inspection of the status

indicator [LED] and the fitting.

In the case of fittings with automatic

self-test the operability of the unit,

lamp and the battery is automatically

checked every week. In addition,

the battery capacity is verified each

3-month by simulating a power cut.

Capacity is initially tested after 48h

following installation or failure rectification.

Any following capacity tests

are carried out all 3 months, however,

48h after a power failure at the latest.

These tests are carried out independently

by each emergency lighting

unit.The test results are indicated by a

two-colour LED on the unit.

2. Affichage d’état

LED verte clignote a la fonctionnement

et le chapitre correspond de ce

catalogue doivent être respectés.

Les éclairages de secours SICUROLUX

avec dispositif d’autocontrôle automatique

ne nécessitent qu’un

contrôle périodique visuel de l’affichage

d’état [diode] et des lampes.

Pour les éclairages avec dispositif

d’autocontrôle automatique, le bon

fonctionnement de l’appareil, de la

lampe et de la batterie est contrôlé

automatiquement toutes les semaines.

La capacité de la batterie est

par ailleurs mesurée par une simulation

de panne de secteur.

Le premier test de capacité est effectué

48h après l’installation ou après

une réparation. Les tests de capacité

suivants s’effectuent à intervalle de 3

mois, au plus tôt cependant 48h

après une panne de courant. Ces

tests sont effectués spontanément

par tous les éléments d’éclairage de

secours. Les résultats sont affichés au

moyen d’une diode bicolore sur l’appareil.

3. Generelle Hinweise

Die Not- und Hinweisleuchten SICU-

ROLUX sowie die Notlichtelemente

SICUROTRON sind nach dem neuesten

Stand der Technik gefertigt und

werden diesem regelmässig angepasst.

Dadurch entstehende Werkstoff-,

Konstruktions- oder Programmänderungen

bleiben vorbehalten.

Entsprechende Prüfberichte zeichnen

sie als elektrisch und mechanisch

einwandfreie und sichere Leuchten

bzw. Elemente aus.

Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Haftung

für unmittelbare, mittelbare oder

beiläufige Schäden, die durch den,

nicht ausdrücklich durch den Hersteller

zugelassenen ordnungsgemässen

NORMES

Für die Planung, Errichtung, Betrieb und Wartung

einer Notbeleuchtungsanlage gibt es

rechtsverbindliche Normen, Vorschriften

und Richtlinien. Die nachfolgenden Hinweise

basieren auf den EN-Normen. Abweichungen

von diesen Normen in der

Schweiz werden nachfolgend speziell

erwähnt. Es ist ferner möglich, dass je nach

Montageart der Notleuchte ergänzende

Vorschriften gelten [z.B. Kühlräume, Spitäler

usw.]. Erkundigen Sie sich nach den lokalen

Vorschriften.

Die EN-Normen stellen den heutigen Stand

der Technik dar und sollten auf jeden Fall

die Basis jeder Notbeleuchtungsanlage

darstellen. Es sind diese

• EN 1838 „Angewandte Lichttechnik - Notbeleuchtung“

• EN 50172 „Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlagen“

Als Ergänzung zu diesen Normen ist in der

Schweiz zusätzlich die

• VKF-Brandschutzrichtlinie [Vereinigung

Kantonaler Feuerversicherungen] „Kennzeichnung

von Fluchtwegen, Sicherheitsbeleuchtung,

Sicherheitsstromversorgung“

There are legally binding standards, regulations

and guidelines for the planning, setting

up, operation and maintenance of an

emergency lighting system. The following

instructions are based on EN standards.Any

variations from these standards in Switzerland

are mentioned specially below. It is

also possible that, depending the type of

installation of the emergency lighting, further

regulations could apply [e.g. in cold

storage rooms, hospitals, etc.]. Make yourself

familiar with local regulations.

EN standards represent the current state-ofthe-art

in technical terms and should be

used in all cases as the basis for all emergency

lighting systems. They are as follows:

• EN 1838 ”Lighting applications - emergency

lighting”

• EN 50172 ”Emergency escape lighting

systems”

In addition to these standards, in Switzerland,

the following should also be complied

with:

• SFPA Fire Protection Directive [SFPA=Swiss

Fire Protection Authority] ”Identification of

escape routes, emergency lighting, emergency

power supply”.

The following apply for luminaires and/or

emergency lighting units:

Les normes EN constituent la base de l'état
