LUMEO ® / DUROSATIN ®

DUROSATIN ® ist ein flexibles, architektonisches Produkt

für LUMEO ® -Leuchten und Deckenverkleidungen,

welches auf einen Trägerrahmen gespannt

wird. Die Trägerrahmen bestehen aus verzinktem

Stahlblech oder stranggepresstem, nicht brennbaren

Aluminium-Profil in A2 Ausführung. Durch seine

Flächigkeit und Homogenität ist DUROSATIN ® ein

ideales Produkt für die architektonischen Ansprüche

von morgen.

DUROSATIN ® -Elemente für LUMEO ® haben folgende

Eigenschaften:

1. Schwer entflammbar B1.

2. Antistatisch.

3. Weitgehend reissfest und wasserdicht.

4. Kleine Druckstellen bilden sich von selbst zurück.

5. Können problemlos mit Schwamm, Tuch und mildem

Spülmittel gereinigt werden.

6. Sind mit speziellem UV-Schutzmittel ausgestattet,

sodass sie für Lichtdecken mit höheren UV-Belastungen

geeignet sind.

7. Demontier- und wieder montierbar.

8. Spezielle Abklappsysteme für Revisionszwecke

[Leuchtmittelwechsel etc.] bei Lichtdecken lieferbar.

9. Metallteile und Folienteile recyclebar.

10. Zehn Jahre Garantie auf Trageprofile und

DUROSATIN ® -Bespannung [ausgenommen Fahrlässigkeit].

11. Die DUROSATIN ® -Bespannung kann problemlos

DUROSATIN ® is a flexible, architectural product for

LUMEO ® lighting fixtures and ceiling panelling that is

suspended in a carrying frame. The carrying frame

consists of galvanised steel sheet metal or extruded,

non-inflammable aluminium profiles in A2 configuration.

As a result of its flatness and homogeneity, DU-

ROSATIN ® is an ideal product for the architectural demands

of tomorrow.

DUROSATIN ® elements for LUMEO ® have the following

characteristics:

1. B1 low inflammability.

2. Anti-static.

3. Essentially crack-proof and impervious to water.

4. Small pressure points return to the their original

form.

5. Can be cleaned without problem with a sponge

or cloth and mild detergent.

6. Are provided with special UV protection so that

the illuminated ceilings are suitable for high UV

radiation stress.

7. Can be disassembled and reassembled.

8. Special fold-down systems for inspection purposes

[changing of lighting elements, etc.] available

for ceiling installation.

9. Metal and foil parts can be recycled.

10. Ten years guarantee on carrying profiles and DU-

ROSATIN ® panels [with exception of negligence].

11. The DUROSATIN ® panels can be economically renewed

or changed without problem.

12. DUROSATIN ® is absolutely safe with regard to

health and is one of the most tested plastics.

Aluminium-Lichtkanalsystem, eloxiert, basierend auf

einem stabilen Grundprofil. In Längen von bis zu 6 m

lieferbar. Das Profil kann werkseitig mit Gehrungsoder

Eckschnitten hergestellt oder vor Ort geschnitten

werden. Abhänge- und Verbindersysteme komplettieren

das System.

OMEGA 76 ist bezüglich der Lichttechnik variabel bis

hin zu LED-Einsätzen für Bodeneinbau. Andere Gebäudetechnische

Elemente wie z.B. Notleuchten,

Sprinkler, Lautsprecher, Stromschienen etc. können

in den Kanal integriert werden.

Für alle gängigen Einbau-, Anbau- sowie Pendelvarianten

einsetzbar.

Aluminium channel rail system, anodized, based on

a rigid basic profile. Available lengths up to 6m. The

profile can be factory machined with mitre joints or

corner joints or can be cut to size on site. Suspension

and connection systems are completing the system.

Regarding light technology, OMEGA 76 is very flexible

even for LED inserts for ground installation. Other elements

of building management such as emergency

lighting, sprinklers, loudspeakers, current rails, etc.

can be integrated into the channel rail.

Suitable for all common recessed, surface mounted

as well as suspended variants.

est très flexible, même une installation des éléments

LED dans le sol est possible. D’autres éléments techniques

sprinklers, haut-parleurs, rails conducteurs, etc. sont

intégrables dans les tubes.

T16. Housing made of colourless anodised aluminium

profile, with double louvre in mirror-finish aluminium, all

round low-glare. Direct component for zonal lighting of

work surface with double mirror-louvre

Pushbutton switch, as well as daylight and movement

sensors built into luminaire head. Base plate and tubular

stand made of steel, powder-coated structure similar

to RAL 7011. Supplied in three parts [base, tubular

stand, luminaire housing]. The luminaire is easy to assemble.

1. OFFRES ET PRIX

1.1. Angebote der HUCO AG erfolgen, inso fern ihre Gültigkeitsdauer

nicht ausdrück lich ver merkt ist, freibleibend und unter Vorbehalt

des Zwischen verkaufs.

1.2. Die aufgeführten Preise sind unverbindliche Richtpreise in CHF und

verstehen sich exkl. resp. inkl. MwSt und vorgezogener Recycling-

Gebühr. Grundsätzlich sind in den Preisen für Fluores zenzleuchten

mit T-Lampen induktive Vor schaltgeräte und Glimmstarter eingeschlossen.

In den Preisen für Leuchten für andere Ent ladungslampen sind die

Drosseln und Zündge räte [wo notwendig], jedoch keine Kondensatoren,

Sperrdrosseln und auch keine Lampen ein geschlossen. Ebenso

verstehen sich die Preise für Glühlam penleuchten ohne Glühlampen.

In den Preisen für Halogen-Niedervoltleuchten sind die Preise

der Lampen nicht einge schlos sen.

1.3. An allen Zeichnungen, Entwürfen, Schalt sche mas, Kostenvoranschlägen

behält sich die HUCO AG das Eigentums- und Urheberrecht

vor. Diese Unterlagen wer den dem Empfänger per sönlich

anver traut und dürfen ohne schrift liche Ge nehmigung der HUCO

AG weder Drit ten zugänglich gemacht noch kopiert werden. Auf ihr

Verlangen sind sie ihm zurückzu geben.

1.4. Lichtplanungen, die auf Verlangen des Interes senten besonders erstellt

werden müssen, kön nen verrechnet werden, wenn kein entsprechender

Lieferauftrag erteilt wird.

1.5. Einkaufsbedingungen des Bestellers oder Ab änderungen dieser

Verkaufs- und Lieferbedin gungen sowie alle sonstigen Vereinbarungen

sind für die HUCO AG nur soweit verbindlich, als diese von ihr

schriftlich anerkannt wurden.

2. ANLIEFERUNG

2.1. Die HUCO AG bestimmt die Art des Ver sandes. Sie ist berechtigt, die

Ware in Teil sendungen auszuliefern.

2.2. Bahnsendungen: Die Lieferungen erfol gen per Frachtgut franko Talstation;

Mehrkosten für Eil- und Expressgut wer den verrechnet.

2.3. LKW-Sendungen: LKW-Lieferungen erfol gen dann franko Domizil

oder franko Montagestelle des Bestellers, wenn die Ware in Wahl

der HUCO AG in einem Sammeltransport spediert werden kann. Dagegen

werden LKW-Lieferun gen dann verrechnet, wenn die bestellte

Ware ein zeln und separat geliefert werden muss.

Die Auslieferungen erfolgen ebenerdig oder auf Rampe. Der Empfänger

stellt die zum Aus la den notwendigen Personen auf seine

Kosten zur Verfügung.

2.4 Für jede andere Versandart werden die effek tiven Transportkosten

voll ver rechnet [Bote, Post, Luftfracht].

2.5. Lieferungen von Kandelabern und Profilen er folgen unfrankiert.

2.6. Bei Lieferungen gilt die Unter schrift eines Ar beitnehmers des

Empfän gers als Bestätigung dafür, dass die Sendung vollständig

und frei von sichtbaren Schäden ist.

2.7. Die Ware reist auf Gefahr und Risiko des Emp fängers.

3. VERPACKUNG

3.1. Einwegkartons werden verrechnet.

3.2. Kisten und Palette werden bei Nichtretournie rung innert Monatsfrist

voll fakturiert.

3.3. Die Entsorgung von Verpackungsmaterial geht zu Lasten des Empfängers.

4. BESTELLUNGEN

4.1. Durch Erteilung der Bestellung anerkennt der Besteller diese Lieferbedingungen.

4.2. Hat der Besteller eine Bestellung aufge geben und die HUCO AG sie

bestätigt, so können Ab än derungen oder Annullie rungen nur noch

in beid seitigem Einver ständnis erfolgen. Bei Spe zi alanferti gungen

sind Abänderungen oder An nul lierungen ausgeschlossen.

4.3. Auf Abruf bestellte Ware muss innert der fest ge legten Abruffrist abgenommen

werden.

Wird diese Frist um drei Monate über schritten, besteht die Berechtigung

zur Fakturierung so wie zur Verrechnung von Kapitalzinsen und

La ger miete.

5. LIEFERFRISTEN

Die Lieferfristen werden nach bestem Vermö gen eingehalten. Eventuelle

Ersatzansprüche wegen Ter minüber schreitung können nicht

anerkannt wer den.

6. MUSTERSENDUNGEN

6.1. Ausnahmsweise werden Standardmuster bzw. Leuchten für Beleuchtungsproben

für höch stens 30 Tage zur Verfügung ge stellt; innert

die ser Zeit nicht retournier tes Material wird ver rechnet.

In jedem Fall werden Leuchten verrech net, die vom Empfänger abgeändert

oder beschädigt wurden [z.B. Ausbrechen oder Abändern

von vorgestanzten Zuführungen u.ä.].

6.2. Muster, die auf Verlangen des Interes senten besonders angefertigt

werden müssen, werden verrechnet, wenn kein entsprechender

Liefe rungsauftrag er teilt wird.

7. MASSE UND KONSTRUKTIONSÄNDERUNGEN

Von Abbildungen, Gewichten, Masstabellen oder sonstigen derartigen

Angaben kann ab gewichen werden, sofern sich dies als zweckmässig

erweist.

1.1. Tenders of the HUCO AG are conditional and subject to prior sale,

provided the duration of their validity is not expressly stated.

1.2 The prices listed are non-binding price recommendations in CHF

and are expressed exclusive [or inclusive, as appropriate] of VAT

and the early recycling fee [ERF]. In principle, prices for fluorescent

light fittings for T-lamps include inductive ballasts and glow starters.

The prices for fittings for other kinds of discharge lamp include

the chokes and ignitors [if necessar] but exclude capacitors and

lamps, similarly the prices for incandescent light fittings do not include

incandescent lamps. Also in the prices for Halogen low voltage

light fittings, the lamps are not included.

1.3. The HUCO AG reserves the rights of ownership and copyright in all

drawings, sketches, circuit diagrams and estimates of costs. These

documents are entrusted personally to the recipient and may neither

be made accessible to third parties nor copied without the

written permission of the HUCO AG. They shall be returned to us on

request.

1.4. Lighting calculations that are drawn up at the request of the customer

will be charged in full if an order is not placed.

1.5. No amendment to or modifications of these Conditions of Sales will

be binding unless in writing and signed by the company.

2. SHIPMENT

2.1. The HUCO AG shall determine the manner of shipment. The company

is entitled to dispatch the goods in partial consignment.

2.2. Dispatch by rail: consignments are dispatched by freight carriage

paid to valley station, additional costs for fast or express shipments

will be charged to the recipient.

2.3. Dispatch by road: consignments sent by road are delivered carriage

paid to the customer’s residence or carriage paid to the site

of installation if at the discretion of the HUCO AG the goods can be

dispatched in a collective consignment. On the other hand, the

costs of road transport will be charged to the customer if the goods

ordered have to be delivered individually and separately. Consignments

are unloaded at ground level or on a ramp. The recipient provides

at his own cost the personnel required for unloading.

2.4. For any other manner of shipment the effective costs of transport

will be charged in full [courier, mail, air freight].

2.5. Lighting columns and metal sections are dispatched carriage unpaid.

2.6. In the case of delivery the signature of an employee of the recipient

is deemed to be confirmation that the consignment is complete

and free of visible damage.

2.7. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient.

3. PACKING

3.1. Non-returnable cartons will be charged.

3.2. Crates and pallets will be invoiced in full if not returned within one

month.

3.3. The customer disposes off the packing material at his own cost.

4. ORDERS

4.1. By placing an order the purchaser acknowledges these Conditions

of Sale.

4.2. Once an order has been placed by the purchaser and confirmed

by the HUCO AG it may be altered or cancelled only by mutual

consent. Alterations or cancellation are not permitted in the case

of goods built to special order.

4.3. Goods ordered on call must be accepted within the specified call

period.

If this period is exceeded by three months, the supplier reserves the

right to invoice the goods and to charge for warehousing and interest

on capital.

5. DELIVERY DATES

Delivery dates will be met as far as possible.

Claims for damages due to delayed delivery cannot be recognised.

6. PROVISION OF SAMPLES

6.1. In exceptional cases, standard samples or lanterns for illumination

trials will be made available for a maximum of 30 days; material not

returned within this time will be charged.

In all cases lanterns which have been modified or damaged by the

recipient [e.g. removal or alteration of knock-out penetrations entries,

and the like] will be charged.

6.2. Samples which have to be made to special order will be charged

if no commitment to purchase is otherwise undertaken.

7. DIMENSIONS AND DESIGN MODIFICATIONS

Diagrams, weights, dimensions and other information of similar nature

are subject to modification if this is deemed expedient.

8. RETURNED GOODS

1.1. Les offres de la HUCO S.A. sont sans engage ment si la durée de leur

1.2. Les prix indiqués sont des prix indicatifs en CHF, sans engagement,

et se comprennent sans resp. avec TVA et taxe anticipée de recyclage

[TAR]. En principe, dans les prix des luminaires à tubes fluorescents

avec lampes “T” les selfs inductives et les starters à effluves

sont compris.

Dans les prix des luminaires pour d’autres lampes à décharge, les

selfs et amorces [si nécessaire] sont compris, mais pas de condensateurs

et selfs de blocage, ni des lampes à décharge. De même,

pour les lampes à incandescence, les lampes ne sont pas comprises

dans les prix. Les lampes à halogène ne sont pas comprises

dans les prix des luminaires à bas voltage à halogène.

1.3. La HUCO S.A. se réserve le droit de propriété et d’auteur pour tous

les dessins, projets, sché mas de connexion et devis. Ces documents

sont soumis personnellement au destinataire et ne doivent,

en aucun cas, être divulgués à des tiers ou copiés sans autorisation

écrite de la HUCO S.A.. Ils doivent lui être restitués sur demande.

1.4. La planification d’éclairage exécutée spéciale ment sur la demande

de l’intéressé peut être facturée si celle-ci n’est pas suivie d’une

commande.

1.5. Des conditions d’achat du commettant ou des modifications des

présentes conditions géné rales de livraison ainsi que toute autre

accord n’engagent la HUCO S.A. que dans la partie qu’il a reconnue

par écrit.

2. LIVRAISON

2.1. La HUCO S.A. détermine le mode d’expédition; il a le droit de procéder

à des livraisons partiel les.

2.2. Expéditions par CFF: Les envoies sont effec tués en petite vitesse,

franco station de plaine, les frais supplémentaires pour envois en

urgence ou par express sont facturés.

2.3. Expéditions par camion: Les expéditions par camion sont effectuées

soit franco domicile, soit franco atelier de montage du client,

si la mar chandise peut être groupée au choix de la HUCO S.A. Par

contre, les livraisons par camion sont facturées, si la marchandise

commandée doit être expédiée séparément ou individuellement.

Les livraisons se font de plain-pied ou sur rampe. Le destinataire met

à disposition, à ses frais, le personnel nécessaire pour le déchargement.

2.4. Les frais effectifs de transport seront facturés pour tout autre mode

d’expédition [livreur, poste, courrier aérien].

2.5. Les candélabres et rails de suspension ne sont pas livrés francs de

port.

2.6. Lors de la livraison, la signature du destinataire ou d’un membre de

son personnel tiendra lieu de confirmation, attestant que la livraison

est complète et sans défaut apparent.

2.7. La marchandise est expédiée aux risques et périls du destinataire.

3 EMBALLAGE

3.1. Les emballages perdus [cartons] sont facturés.

3.2. Les caisses et palettes non retournées dans le délai d’un mois, sont

facturées en totalité.

3.3. Les frais d’élimination du matériel d’emballage vont à la charge du

destinataire.

4. COMMANDES

4.1. En passant commande, le client reconnaît les présentes conditions

de livraison.

4.2. Lorsque le client passe une commande et que cette dernière a été

confirmée par la HUCO S.A., des modifications ou annula tions ne

peu vent intervenir que d’un commun accord entre les deux parties.

Toute modification ou annula tion est ex clue lorsqu’il s’agit

d’exécutions spéciales.

4.2. La marchandise commandée sur appel doit être retirée dans les

délais fixés. Si ce délai est dépassé de trois mois, le fournisseur est

autorisé à établir une facture pour la marchandise ainsi que pour

les intérêts sur le capital et les frais de stockage.

5. DÉLAIS DE LIVRAISON

Les délais de livraison sont respectés dans la mesure du possible.

D’éventuelles demandes de compensation en cas de dépassement

de délai ne peuvent pas être reconnues.

6. ENVOI D’ÉCHANTILLONS

6.1. A titre exceptionnel, des échantillons standard, comme, par exemple,

des luminaires pour es sais d’éclairage, peuvent être mis à disposition

pour 30 jours au maximum; le matériel non re tourné dans

ce délai sera facturé.

Les luminaires modifiés ou endommagés par le destinataire [par

exemple: création d’ouvertures pour amenées électriques ou suppression

d’en trées préétampées ou autres] seront facturés dans

tous les cas.

6.2. Des échantillons fabriqués spécialement sur demande d’un intéressé

seront facturés, s’il ne passe pas de commande correspondante.

8. RÜCKSENDUNGEN

Rücksendungen werden nur nach vorheriger Verein barung und

franko angenommen. Es werden nur originalverpackte Katalogprodukte

zurückgenom men. Unbeschädigte Lagerprodukte werden zu

höchstens 80 % des Nettowarenwertes gutgeschrie ben. Bei retournierter

Ware mit einem Nettowert von weniger als CHF 100.– kommt

ein fixer Abzug von CHF 20.– zur Anwendung. Beschädigtes Mate-

Returned goods in good condition will be refunded to a maximum

7. MESURES ET MODIFICATIONS DE CONSTRUC TION

8. RENVOIS DE MARCHANDISE

Les envois ne seront acceptés qu’après ac cord préalable et franco

domicile. Uniquement les pro duits du catalogue dans leurs emballages

9. REKLAMATIONEN

Minder- oder Falschlieferungen sowie etwelche Mängel können nur

innerhalb von acht Tagen nach Ankunft der Lieferung beim Besteller

schriftlich be anstandet werden.

10. GARANTIE

10.1. Die Garantie für Leuchten und Apparate ohne Lampen und Starter

beträgt zwei Jahre nach erfolgter Ablieferung und be schränkt sich

wäh rend dieser Frist auf auftretende Mängel, die nachweisbar auf

Material-, Ausführungs- oder Konstruk tionsfehler seitens der HUCO

AG zu rückzuführen sind.

10.2. Jede weitere Garantie oder Schaden ersatz leistung ist ausgeschlossen.

Ins besondere werden keine Kosten für die Demontage

und Wiedermontage von Leuchten und Apparaten oder deren Bestandteile

sowie für irgend welche an dere Folgeschäden übernommen.

10.3. Ebenso wird keine Garantie für Material ge leistet, an welchem

durch den Be steller oder durch Dritte Änderungen oder Reparaturen

vorgenommen, oder wenn die Montage- oder Betriebsvorschriften

der HUCO AG nicht ein ge halten worden sind.

10.4. Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind auch Leuchten und Apparate,

welche nach Kon struktionen oder Modellen des Bestellers hergestellt

werden, sofern auftretende Schäden auf Konstruktions fehler

zurückzuführen sind. Wird zudem für solches Material vom Starkstrom

inspektorat eine Prüfung oder eine Ab änderung verlangt, gehen

alle hieraus resul tie renden Kosten zu Lasten des Bestellers.

10.5. Jegliche Garantie setzt im übrigen vor aus, dass das defekte Material

der HUCO AG verpackt franko Domizil zu gestellt wird.

11. ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

11.1. Rechnungen sind innert 30 Tagen ohne jeden Abzug zahlbar.

11.2. Andere Zahlungsbedingungen sind schriftlich zu vereinbaren.

12. VORGEZOGENE RECYCLING-GEBÜHR [VRG]

Zur Umsetzung der Verordnung über die Rücknahme, die Rückgabe

und die Entsorgung elektrischer und elektronischer Geräte [VREG]

ist die HUCO AG am freiwilligen System der Stiftung Licht Recycling

Schweiz [SLRS] angeschlossen. Zur Finanzierung der Rücknahme

und der Entsorgung von Leuchtmittel und Leuchten erhebt der Lieferant

einen vorgezogenen Entsorgungsbeitrag [VEB] der in der Folge

als vorgezogene Recycling-Gebühr [vRG] bezeichnet wird. Die

vRG wird sowohl in Offerten als auch Fakturen offen ausgewiesen

und ist mehrwertsteuerpflichtig. Die HUCO AG wendet die Gerätelisten

und Tariflisten der SLRG an. [www.slrs.ch].

13. NEBENABREDEN

Andere Vereinbarungen als diese Lieferbedin gun gen sowie Nebenabreden

gelten nur, wenn sie schriftlich vereinbart sind.

9. COMPLAINTS

Complaints regarding incomplete or incorrect deliveries or other

deficiencies must be registered in writing to the HUCO AG not later

than eight days after receipt of the shipment by the purchaser.

10. GUARANTEE

10.1. Lanterns and equipment excluding lamps and starters are guaranteed

for two years following delivery, the guarantee being limited

during this period to deficiencies which can be shown to have arisen

from material defects, poor workmanship or errors of design on

the part of the HUCO AG.

10.2. All other guarantees or forms of compensation are excluded. In

particular, no costs shall be borne for the dismantling and reassembly

of lanterns and equipment or of their component parts, or for

any consequent damage.

10.3. No guarantee is given for materials which have been modified or

repaired by the purchaser of third parties, or if the instructions for

installation or use provided by the HUCO AG have not been observed.

10.4. Also excluded from the guarantee are lanterns and equipment

made to designs or models of the purchaser wherever defects are

ascribable to errors of design. Furthermore if the testing or modification

of such material is required by the electricity supply authority,

all costs arising in this respect shall be to the charge of the purchaser.

10.4. Under the terms of guarantee, defect goods should be returned

to HUCO AG carriage paid.

11. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

11.1. Invoices are payable without deduction within 30 days.

11.2. Any other conditions of payment are to be agreed in writing.

12. EARLY RECYCLING FEE [ERF]

In order to comply with the Ordinance on the Recovery, Return

and Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment [VREG in German],

HUCO AG voluntarily participates in the optional system of

the Swiss Lighting Recycling Foundation [SLRS]. So as to finance

the recovery and disposal of illuminants and luminous sources, the

supplier charges an early disposal contribution [EDC], hereafter referred

to as an early recycling fee [ERF]. The ERF is explicitly mentioned

in offers and invoices and is subject to value added tax. HU-

CO AG applies the official lists of equipment and rates of the SLRS

[www.slrs.ch].

13. SUBSIDIARY AGREEMENTS

Terms other than these Conditions of Sale, and also subsidiary

agreements are valid only if agreed in writing.

14. LAW OF OBLIGATIONS

The provisions of Swiss Law of Obligations shall apply provided no

special stipulations are contained in these conditions of sale.

Should any one of the General Conditions of Sale become ineffective,

the remaining conditions will still be valid.

écrit à la HUCO S.A. dans les huit jours à dater de la livraison.

10. GARANTIE

10.1. La garantie pour les luminaires et appareils sans lampes et starters

est de deux ans à dater de la livraison; pendant cette période elle

se limite à des défauts décelables, impu tables à des erreurs de

matériel, d’exécution ou de fabrication de la part de la HUCO S.A.

10.2. Toute autre garantie ou compensation de dommages est exclue.

En particulier, les frais de démontage ou remontage des luminaires

et appareils, ainsi que tout autre dommage qui s’en suit ne sont

pas reconnus.

10.3. En outre, aucune garantie ne sera re connue pour du matériel qui

aurait été modifié ou réparé par le client ou des tiers, ou si les instructions

de montage ou de service de la HUCO S.A. n’ont pas été

respectées.

10.4. Egalement exclus de la garantie sont les lumi naires et appareils fabriqués

selon des con structions ou modèles du client au cas où les

défauts qui se manifesteraient seraient impu tables à des erreurs de

construction. Si pour ce matériel un examen ou une modification

étaient exigés par l’inspectorat du courant à haute tension, tous les

frais en résultant seraient à la charge du client.

10.5. Pour toute revendication de garantie, le maté riel défectueux doit

être retourné à la HUCO S.A. dûment emballé et franco domicile.

11. CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT

11.1. Les factures sont payables dans les 30 jours sans aucune déduction.

11.2. D’autres conditions de paiement sont à fixer par écrit.

12. TAXE ANTICIPÉE DE RECYCLAGE [TAR]

Pour la mise en pratique de l’ordonnance sur la restitution, la reprise

et l’élimination des appareils électriques et électronique [OREA],

HUCO S.A. participe au système facultatif de la Fondation Suisse

pour le recyclage des sources lumineuses et luminaires [SLRS]. Afin

de financer la récupération et le recyclage de sources lumineuses

et de luminaires, HUCO S.A. demande une participation anticipée

au recyclage, désignée par la suite comme taxe anticipée

de recyclage [TAR]. Aussi bien dans les offres et les factures, la TAR

est mentionnée de manière transparente et est soumise à la TVA.

HUCO S.A. applique les listes officielles des appareils et tarifs de la

SLRS [www.slrs.ch].

14. OBLIGATIONENRECHT

Soweit diese Lieferbedingungen keine spe ziellen Regelungen

enthalten, gelten die Be stimmungen des schweizerischen

Obligationen rechts.

Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen

unwirksam sein oder wer den, so sind die übrigen Bestimmungen

hievon nicht berührt.

15. INVITATIONS TO TENDER

These Conditions of Sale take precedence over terms of tender

which do not conform to these conditions.

de livraison sont régies par le Code Fédéral des Obligations.

Au cas ou certaines dispositions des présentes conditions de vente

ne sont ou ne seront plus en vigueur, les autres dispositions n’en

seront pas concernées.

16. ERFÜLLUNGSORT UND GERICHTSSTAND

Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand ist das für den Firmensitz der HUCO

AG Leuchtenfabrik zuständige Gericht.

15. SOUMISSIONS

16. LIEU D’EXÉCUTION ET FOR DE JURIDICTION

Le lieu d’exécution et le for juridique/tribunal compétent sont le tribunal
