Glissières linéaires et vis à billes
Des guidages à rouleaux linéaires d’une largeur de
35 mm sur les axes X/Y/Z garantissent la haute
stabilité de la machine et permettent des vitesses
de déplacement rapide de 30 m/min maximum.
Table rotative 5 axes
Des roulements à rouleaux transversaux hautement
rigides à grand alésage permettent également
le chargement de pièces lourdes. La table
rotative composée de fonte FC35 recuite, à haute
résistance à la traction est extrêmement stable.
Broche à moteur intégré
L’équipement avec une broche de qualité à moteur
haute fréquence variable garantit une excellente
stabilité. Les composants de la broche sont en
acier de qualité carburé et les paliers de broche
sont conçus d’après la classe de précision P4.
On peut ainsi utiliser la broche également à des
vitesses de rotation maximales.
Linearführungsbahnen u. Kugelumlaufspindel
35 mm breite Linear-Rollenführungen an X-, Y- und
Z-Achse sorgen für hohe Stabilität der Maschine
und ermöglichen Eilganggeschwindigkeiten bis zu
30 m/min.
5-Achsen-Drehtisch
Hochsteife Querrollenlager mit großer Bohrung
ermöglichen auch die Beladung mit schweren Teilen.
Der aus geglühtem, hochzugfestem Gusseisen
FC35 bestehende Drehtisch ist äußerst stabil.
Spindel mit integriertem Motor
Die Ausstattung von Qualitätsspindel mit verstellbarem
Hochfrequenzmotor sorgt für ausgezeichnete
Stabilität. Die Spindelkomponenten bestehen aus
kohlenstoffeinsatzgehärtetem Qualitätsstahl und
die Spindellager sind nach Genauigkeitsklasse P4
ausgelegt. Damit kann die Spindel auch mit höchsten
Drehzahlen betrieben werden.
Linear Guideways and Ball Screw
35 mm width roller type linear guideways on
X/Y/Z axes features stability of machine structure
and the rapid traverse rate is 30 m/min.
5 axis rotary table
High rigidity and big bore cross roller bearing
enhance the heavy loading capability. Rotary
table is manufactured with annealed high tensile
cast iron FC35 features high stability.
Built-in motor spindle
Equipped with high quality spindle and high
frequency variable motor features good stability.
Manufactured with high quality steels, carburized
components and P4 class high accuracy
spindle bearings is suitable for high speed
spindle.
