[H2] LE MARKETING D’UNE INTERVENTION UNIQUE /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Ce sous-groupe d’approches inclut des interventions indépendantes. Chacune d’entre elles se concentre sur un nombre restreint de comportements spécifiques en matière d’hygiène. Ces approches transmettent un message unique et aisément compris qui pourrait amener un changement global des comportements tant des particuliers que de la communauté – ce n’est toutefois pas leur principal objectif. Les deux premières approches décrites dans la présente section se concentrent sur le lavage des mains et la troisième sur le traitement des eaux domestiques et la bonne conservation d e l’eau. Ces approches sont considérées comme les seules interventions en matière de marketing social et font office de pionnières visant à atteindre un changement de comportement en matière d’hygiène dans les pays en développement où le marketing social se définit comme « l’utilisation de techniques de marketing commercial afin de promouvoir l’adoption de comportements en vue d’améliorer la santé ou le bien-être du public cible ou de l’ensemble de la société » (Weinrich, 1999). Le marketing fait l’objet d’une analyse dans le Groupe S2 Marketing des biens et des services d’assainissement, ainsi que dans les références mentionnées ci-dessous. Il existe également un certain nombre d’études sur le terrain, de projets et de révisions qui examinent et ont examiné l’impact d’autres interventions uniques.
