Warranty
Spectra Premium Industries inc. (Spectra) warrants its Intercooler to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. If the Intercooler is used in any racing
application, then this warranty is considered null and void.
This warranty does not cover labor, materials (not manufactured by Spectra), or shipping charges. Intercoolers
repaired and/or altered by parties outside of Spectra are not covered by this warranty. The purchaser is responsible
for the appropriate use and application of the product.
Claims for internal damage to the engine, related components, or user’s vehicle are not covered by this warranty. The
Spectra product user is responsible for monitoring engine operation and for having proper detection devices in place
to warn the user of overheating and other engine related malfunctions. Specific exemptions to this warranty include :
1) tube damage; and 2) damage to the Intercooler resulting from a street collision/accident.
Spectra shall not be responsible for injury or harm to persons and/or property caused by persons or vehicles using our
products.
The purchaser’s remedy for breach of this warranty, exclusive of all other remedies provided by law, is expressly
limited to repair or replacement of any part(s). All products returned for warranty consideration must be returned
to Spectra with shipping costs prepaid. Upon receipt of the returned product, Spectra will make an inspection to
determine its condition and then will validate the claim.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the product(s) upon receipt. If shipping damage is observed, the customer
should file a damage claim against the shipper. Contact the shipper (UPS, truck line, etc.) for specific procedures in
initiating a damage claim. Do not return to Spectra if the product is damaged in shipping.
For all returns, warranty claims, repairs or exchanges, call the Spectra Premium Industries inc. Sales Department for
a Return Authorization Number. A copy of the original sales receipt as well as the end-users receipt must be provided
with the returned product. DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT TO Spectra WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER.

Garantie
Les Industries Spectra Premium inc. (Spectra) garantit ses refroidisseurs intermédiaires contre tout défaut de
fabrication ou de matériaux pour une période de un an à compter de la date d’achat par l’acheteur original. La garantie
sera considérée nulle et invalide si le refroidisseur d’air de suralimentation est utilisé pour des applications de course.
Cette garantie ne couvre pas les frais de main-d’œuvre, de matériel (non-manufacturé par Spectra), ou de transport.
Les refroidisseurs intermédiaires réparés et/ou modifiés par des parties externes à Spectra ne sont pas couverts par
cette garantie. L’acheteur est responsable de l’utilisation et de l’application appropriées du produit.
Les réclamations pour dommages internes au moteur, composantes reliées, ou au véhicule de l’usager ne sont pas
couvertes par cette garantie. L’usager du produit Spectra est responsable de suivre l’opération du moteur et d’avoir les
dispositifs de détection appropriés en place afin d’avertir l’usager si le moteur surchauffe ou si d’autres défaillances
reliées au moteur surviennent. Des exclusions précises à cette garantie incluent :
1) dommages de tube et 2) dommages au refroidisseurs intermédiaires résultant d’une collision/accident.
Spectra n’assume aucune responsabilité en ce qui a trait aux dommages corporels ou à la propriété causés par des
personnes ou véhicules utilisant nos produits.
Les recours de l’acheteur, suite à la rupture de cette garantie qui fait exclusion des recours permis par la loi, sont
expressément limités à la réparation ou au remplacement de toute(s) pièce(s). Tous les produits retournés pour
considération de garantie devront être retournés à Spectra par transport prépayé. Sur réception du produit retourné,
Spectra fera une inspection pour déterminer l’état du produit et valider la réclamation.
Le client est responsable de l’inspection du/des produit(s) sur réception. Si des dommages dus au transport sont
observés , le client est tenu de faire une réclamation de dommages auprès du transporteur. Le transporteur (UPS,
compagnie de camionnage, etc.) devra être contacté afin d’obtenir les instructions et procédures spécifiques pour
initier la réclamation. Ne pas retourner le produit à Spectra si celui-ci a été endommagé lors du transport.
Pour tout retour, réclamation de garantie, réparation ou échange, contactez le service des Ventes des Industries
Spectra Premium inc. afin d’obtenir un numéro d’autorisation de retour. Une copie de la facture originale ainsi que
celle de l’usager définitif devront être jumelées au produit retourné. NE RETOURNER AUCUN PRODUIT À Spectra
SANS NUMÉRO D’AUTORISATION DE RETOUR.

Garantía
Spectra Premium Industries inc. (Spectra) garantiza que su intercambiador enfriador no presentará fallas de material
ni mano de obra durante un período de un (1) año a partir de la fecha de compra por parte del comprador original. Si
el intercambiador enfriador se utiliza en alguna aplicación de carrera, entonces esta garantía se considerará nula e
inválida.
Esta garantía no cubre cargos por mano de obra, materiales (no fabricados por Spectra) ni envío. Los enfriadores de
carga de aire reparados y/o alterados por terceros fuera de Spectra no están cubiertos en esta garantía. El comprador
es responsable del uso y aplicación adecuados del producto.
Los reclamos por daños internos al motor, a componentes relacionados o al vehículo del usuario no están cubiertos
en esta garantía. El usuario del producto de Spectra es responsable de vigilar la operación del motor y de contar
con dispositivos de detección adecuados para advertir al usuario en caso ocurra sobrecalentamiento y otros
malfuncionamientos relacionados con el motor. Excepciones específicas a esta garantía incluyen:
1) daño al tubo; y 2) daño al intercambiador enfriador provocado por un accidente/colisión en la calle.
Spectra no será responsable por lesiones o daños a personas y/o a propiedades provocados por personas o vehículos
que utilizan nuestros productos.
La solución del comprador por el incumplimiento de esta garantía, exclusiva de todos las demás soluciones provistas
por la ley, se limita expresamente a la reparación o reemplazo de la(s) pieza(s). Todos los productos enviados para su
consideración de garantía deben devolverse a Spectra con los costos de envío prepagados. Después de la recepción
de los productos devueltos, Spectra hará una inspección para determinar su condición y luego validará el reclamo.
El cliente es responsable de inspeccionar el/los producto(s) después de recibirlo(s). Si ocurren daños relacionados
con el envío, el cliente debe presentar un reclamo por daños al transportista. Comuníquese con el transportista (UPS,
truck line, etc.) para conocer los procedimientos específicos a fin de iniciar un reclamo por daños. No devuelva el
producto a Spectra si se ha dañado durante el envío.
Para todas las devoluciones, reclamos de garantía, reparaciones o cambios, llame al Departamento de ventas de
Spectra Premium Industries inc. a fin de obtener un número de autorización de devolución. Se debe proporcionar
una copia del recibo de venta original así como el recibo de los usuarios finales junto con el producto devuelto. NO
DEVUELVA NINGÚN PRODUCTO A Spectra SIN EL NÚMERO DE AUTORIZACIÓN DE DEVOLUCIÓN.
