ANS DE SA POLITIQUE ENVIRONNEMENTALE « GREEN
ATTITUDE ». À CETTE OCCASION, MISS ROSE,
DIRECTRICE ARTISTIQUE DE L’ÉTABLISSEMENT, A
IMAGINÉ L’AUTOMNE DERNIER UNE SCÉNOGRAPHIE
100% ÉCO-RESPONSABLE.
Du décor végétal et ses 61 « boîtes de nature », aux tables du lobby bar,
jusqu’aux uniformes du personnel, tout s’accorde à l’atmosphère.
En hommage aux dix ans de la « Green Attitude », Mickaël Bellec, Chef
Barman, a composé avec ses équipes deux cocktails ultrafrais et
locavores dont le « Jardin d’Automne » : vodka, basilic frais, jus de
pommes bio, jus de betterave bio et gingembre, et le « Green Birthday » :
concombre, épinard, jus de pommes bio et citronnelle monégasque de
l’enseigne « Terre de Monaco » qui fait fleurir ses potagers sur les toits de
la principauté.
Depuis 2007, l’hôtel s’est engagé à réduire l’impact de son activité sur la
planète : tri sélectif, recyclage, achats verts, actions humanitaires et
sociales… Des initiatives qui font de l’Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo une
destination « luxe et durable ».

ATTITUDE" ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY. TO MARK THE
OCCASION, MISS ROSE, THE HOTEL'S ARTISTIC
DIRECTOR, DREAMT UP A 100% ECO-RESPONSIBLE
SCENOGRAPHY LAST AUTUMN.
From plant-based decor with 61 "nature boxes" to staff uniforms and
tables in the lobby bar, everything contributes to the general atmosphere.
As a tribute to a decade of "Green Attitude", Head Barman Mickaël Bellec
and his teams have also composed two ultra-fresh locavore cocktails:
"Jardin d’Automne", made of vodka, fresh basil, organic apple juice,
ginger and organic beetroot juice, and "Green Birthday" with cucumber,
spinach, organic apple juice and "Terre de Monaco" lemongrass, which
flourishes in vegetable gardens and on rooftops in the Principality.
Since 2007, the hotel has pursued its commitment to reducing the
impact of its activities on the planet by undertaking waste sorting,
recycling, green procurement, humanitarian and social actions…
