See Using the Power Saving Modes (page 32) for more information. ❑ Change the power saving settings on the Power Options. To shut down your computer 1 Turn off any peripherals connected to the computer. 2 Save your data and close all running software applications. 3 Click Start and the Shut down button. After a short time, the computer automatically turns off. Make sure the power indicator light turns off.
