INJURIES 

Athletes’ injuries are characterized by tissue damage and edema, impeding the normal flow of oxygen to the injured area. 

The injured tissues demand a large amount of oxygen and the only effective way to increase their blood is to dissolve 

large amounts of it in the plasma. 

The increase in dissolved oxygen in the plasma caused by this increased pressure inside the Hyperbaric Chamber, allows 

the damaged tissues to obtain the adequate amount of oxygen and heal quickly. 

These are the benefits of hyperbaric medicine when there are injuries: 

Reduction of edema and pain in the acute state. 

Acceleration of recovery and return to training activity 

Acceleration of the healing process of fractures 

In cases where the lesion requires surgery, the hyperbaric chamber decreases the recovery time. 

TRAINING 

Hyperbaric oxygenation also strengthens the immune system and oxygenates the mind, increasing concentration and 

helping athletes recover faster after a sporting event or training session. 

OVERTRAINING 

Overtraining, better known by its English word overtraining, appears when the volume and intensity of individual physical 

exercise exceed the athlete’s resilience, thus failing to obtain progress and can even lose strength and good physical 

tone. Overtraining is a common problem in athletes who perform strong workouts so that hyperbaric oxygenation is an 

absolutely recommendable tool. 

During high levels of exercise there is an aerobic type cellular metabolism, which uses energy reserves. 

When these are depleted, it is passed to anaerobic metabolism, resulting in an oxygen deficit.

Las lesiones de los atletas se caracterizan por daños en los tejidos y edemas que interfieren con el flujo normal de oxígeno 

al área lesionada. El tejido lesionado requiere grandes cantidades de oxígeno y la única manera efectiva de aumentar 

el flujo sanguíneo es disolver grandes cantidades de oxígeno en el plasma. El aumento del oxígeno disuelto en el plasma 

causado por este aumento de presión en la cámara hiperbárica permite que los tejidos dañados reciban suficiente oxígeno 

y sanen rápidamente. Estas son las ventajas de los medicamentos de sobrepresión en las lesiones: Reducción del

ENTRENAMIENTO 

La ventilación de presión positiva también fortalece el sistema inmunológico y el suministro de oxígeno para la mente, lo

deportivo o una sesión de entrenamiento. 

SOBREENTRENAMIENTO 

El sobreentrenamiento, más conocido por la palabra inglesa overtraining, ocurre cuando el volumen y la intensidad de la 

actividad física del individuo excede la capacidad del atleta para trabajar bajo presión, de modo que el atleta no progresa 

e incluso puede perder fuerza y buena condición física. El sobreentrenamiento es un problema común entre los atletas 

que se someten a un entrenamiento riguroso, por lo que la oxigenación hiperbárica es una herramienta muy recomendable. 

Los altos niveles de entrenamiento conducen a un metabolismo celular aeróbico que utiliza las reservas de energía. 

Cuando se agotan, se liberan en el metabolismo anaeróbico, lo que conduce a un déficit de oxígeno.

The Good Earth is Dying 

In 1972 – the German Diogenes Verlag first published 

a small book entitled »Why War?«. It has only 63 

pages, but these have not lost their topicality despite their 

age. The volume contains an exchange of letters between 

Albert Einstein and Siegmund Freud from 1932 (the English 

translations are accessible on unesco.org) and an essay by 

Isaac Asimov, which was published in 1971 in the SPIEGEL 

(the English version is included in an thologies). 

The militant pacifist Einstein asserts that the 

masses are not bellig erent as long as they 

are not poisoned by propaganda, beliefs and 

fictions. For him, »the quest of inter nation al 

security involves the unconditional surrender 

by every nation, in a certain measure, of its 

liberty of action, its sovereignty«. Freud shares 

this view. In his answer he writes, »There is but one sure 

way of ending war and that is the establishment, by common 

consent, of a central control which shall have the 

last word in every conflict of interests.« The problem lies 

in the coupling of coercion of violence and emotional ties. 

Emotional ties cannot be forced. It is important to influence 

and direct them in such a way that they counteract the war. 

And not only war with weap ons! Also the economic war, 

the further destruction of nature, the unhealthy nationalism 

and all the things which endanger our earth. Asimov 

expressed himself about 40 years after Einstein and Freud, 

and much of what he predicted in his essay has actually 

come true, e.g. the extent of climate change. On the basis 

of his assumptions, Asimov paints a dystopian picture of 

the future, which will probably become reality if we do not 

change our way of life. If we do not want to be forced to 

flee from this beautiful earth because we have destroyed 

it, then we must all contribute to preserving it. The essay 

culminates in the appeal: »The good earth is dying; so in 

the name of humanity let us move. Let us make our hard 

but necessary decisions. Let us do it quickly. Let us do it

Im Jahr 1972 erschien im Diogenes Verlag erstmals 

ein kleines Buch mit dem Titel »Warum Krieg?«. Es hat nur 

63 Seiten, doch diese haben es in sich und trotz ihres Alters 

nicht an Aktualität verloren. Das Bändchen umfasst einen 

Briefwechsel zwischen Albert Einstein und Siegmund Freud 

aus dem Jahr 1932 und ein Essay von Isaac Asimov, das 

1971 im SPIEGEL veröffentlicht worden war. Der militante 

Pazifist Einstein assumiert, dass die Massen 

nicht kriegs lüstern seien, solange sie nicht durch 

Propaganda, durch Vorstellungen und Fiktionen 

vergiftet würden. Für ihn führt der »Weg zur 

inter nationalen Sicherheit über den bedingungslosen 

Verzicht der Staaten auf einen Teil ihrer 

Handlungsfreiheit beziehungsweise Souveränität«. 

Freud teilt diese Auf fassung. In seiner 

Antwort schreibt er: »Eine sichere Ver hütung der Kriege ist 

nur möglich, wenn sich die Menschen zur Ein setzung einer 

Zentralgewalt einigen, welcher der Richtspruch in allen Interessenkonflikten 

übertragen wird.« Das Problem liegt in der 

Kopplung vom Zwang der Gewalt und Ge fühlsbindungen. 

Gefühlsbindungen können nicht erzwungen werden. Es gilt, 

sie so zu beeinflussen, zu lenken, dass sie dem Krieg entgegenwirken. 

Und nicht nur dem Krieg mit Waffen! Auch dem 

Wirtschaftskrieg, der weiteren Zerstörung der Natur, dem 

ungesunden Nationalismus und all den Dingen, die unsere 

Erde gefährden. Asimov äußerte sich etwa 40 Jahre nach 

Einstein und Freud. Viel von dem, was er in seinem Essay 

prophezeite, ist tatsächlich eingetreten, z.B. das Ausmaß des 

Klimawandels. Auf Basis seiner Annahmen malt er ein dystopisches 

Bild der Zukunft, das wohl Wirklichkeit wird, wenn 

wir nichts ändern. Wenn wir uns nicht gezwungen sehen 

wollen, von dieser schönen Erde zu flüchten, weil wir sie zerstört 

haben, dann müssen wir alle dazu beitragen. Das Essay 

gipfelt in dem Appell: »Die gute Erde stirbt. Darum sollte man 

im Namen der Menschheit etwas tun; harte, aber notwendige 

Entscheidungen treffen. Schnell. Sofort.« Das Buch wird

Hace casi medio siglo, en 1972, la editorial alemana 

Diógenes publicó por primera vez un pequeño libro 

titulado »¿Por qué la guerra?« Sólo tiene 63 páginas, pero 

éstas no han perdido su relevancia a pesar de los años. Tal 

vez estén más de actualidad que nunca. El volumen contiene 

una correspondencia de 1932 entre Albert Einstein 

y Siegmund Freud y un ensayo de Isaac Asimov publicado 

en SPIEGEL en 1971. Einstein es un luchador pacifista. 

»Afirma que las masas no son partes en guerra a menos 

que estén envenenadas por la propaganda, la fe y la ficción. 

Para él, la búsqueda de la seguridad internacional

Freud comparte esta opinión. En su respuesta, escribe a

El problema radica en la combinación de la coerción 

de la violencia y los vínculos emocionales. Los lazos emocionales 

no pueden ser reforzados. Es importante influir y 

dirigir. Y de tal manera que contrarrestan la guerra, no sólo 

la guerra con armas, sino también la guerra económica. La 

subsiguiente destrucción de la naturaleza, el nacionalismo 

malsano y todas las cosas que ponen en peligro a nuestro 

país. Asimov habló unos 40 años después de Einstein y 

Freud, y mucho de lo que había predicho en su ensayo se 

ha hecho realidad, por ejemplo, la propagación del cambio 

climático y el desarrollo de la población mundial. Basado 

en sus suposiciones, Asimov dibuja un cuadro distópico del 

futuro que es más probable si no cambiamos nuestro estilo 

de vida. Si no queremos vernos obligados a abandonar 

este hermoso país porque lo hemos destruido, entonces 

todos debemos ayudar a preservarlo. El ensayo culmina en 

un llamamiento aún más urgente hoy que cuando se publicó 

por primera vez: »La buena tierra se está muriendo; así

Until June 2, 2019, the Museo Picasso 

Málaga presents an exhibition about Picasso’s first 

wife, Olga Khokhlova, and her story. 

The exhibition, which is based on the letters and 

photographs found in the travel chest of the Russian 

dancer, is the result of a thorough evaluation of the 

estate of Olga Khokhlova, grandmother of Bernard 

Ruiz-Picassos, who himself is one of the curators. It 

examines the years Olga and Pablo spent together 

and sheds new light on the creation of some of 

Picasso’s masterpieces by relating them to the personal 

story that played alongside the political and 

social history. 

After their first meeting, Olga was Picasso’s favourite 

female subject, portrayed in classic style. As 

their relationship changed and eventually deteriorated 

over the years, so did the style of his portrayal 

of her. In the end, he depicted her in an unsettling, 

distorted and even brutal way, with a violence that 

expressed both the anger of jealousy and the artist’s 

own suffering.

einiger Meisterwerke von Picasso in ein neues 

Licht, indem sie sie in den Rahmen einer persönlichen 

Geschichte einbettet, die parallel zu einer 

anderen, politischen und sozialen Geschichte ablief. 

Nach der ersten Begegnung mit Pablo Picasso 

war Olga Chochlowa ab Ende der 1910er- und 

vor allem in den frühen 1920er-Jahren seine am 

häufigsten dargestellte weibliche Figur. Vor dem 

Hintergrund des krisengeschüttelten Europas der 

Zwischenkriegszeit metamorphosiert sich die imaginäre 

Figur Olgas ab 1924, während sich die Beziehung 

zu ihrem Mann verschlechtert. Nach seiner 

Begegnung mit Marie-Thérèse Walter im Jahr 1927 

verschärft sich die Krise des Ehepaares weiter, das 

sich 1935 schließlich endgültig trennt. 

Picassos Darstellung seiner Frau entwickelt sich 

von zahlreichen Gemälden im klassischen Stil hin 

zu verstörenden, deformierten und sogar brutalen 

Bildnissen. 

Bis zum 2. Juni 2019 kann die etwa 350 Objekte 

umfassende Ausstellung in Málaga besichtigt werden.

Marktkommentar zum 1. Quartal mit Ausblick 

Nowinta Finanzgruppe has been a

for a year. Tobias Heyden, Managing 

Director of Nowinta Spain, discusses the 

devel op ment of the financial markets 

with a prospective for the current year.

Entwicklung der Finanzmärkte mit 

Ausblick für das laufenden Jahr. 

By the end of March 2019, the stock markets had 

developed very positively: 

The American index S&P 500 rose by 15 %, the 

German share index (DAX) by 13 % and the Chinese 

share index CSI-300, which includes shares 

from Shanghai and Shenzhen, even rose by an 

impressive 34 %. The main reasons for this were 

the halt to the cycle of interest rate hikes in the 

USA, a postponement of an initial increase in the 

euro zone and the hope that an agreement will 

soon be reached in the trade dispute between the 

USA and China. 

As part of its anti-cyclical strategy, Nowinta 

re duced its overweight in the equity markets back 

to neutral on April 4. 

On December 27, 2018, after the collapse of 

about 10 % of the MSCI World Index, the equity 

quota was increased from 52 to about 60 % with 

a balanced strategy. Now that the markets have 

risen to their starting level before the correction, 

this overweight is reduced with a profit contribution 

of around 1 %. Our balanced strategy 

Bis Ende März 2019 haben sich die Aktienmärkte 

sehr positiv entwickelt: Der amerikanische Index

dafür waren der Stopp des Zinserhöhungszyklus in 

den USA, eine Verschiebung einer ersten Erhöhung 

in der Eurozone sowie die Hoffnung, dass es im Handelsstreit 

zwischen der USA und China bald eine 

Einigung gibt. 

Nowinta hat im Rahmen der antizyklischen Strategie 

Ihre Übergewichtung an den Aktienmärkten am 

4. April wieder auf die neutrale Quote reduziert. Am 

27. Dezember 2018 wurde nach dem Einbruch von 

ca. 10 % des MSCI World Index, die Aktienquote 

bei einer ausgewogenen Strategie von 52 auf ca. 60 

% erhöht. Nachdem die Märkte jetzt auf das Ausgangsniveau 

vor der Korrektur gestiegen sind, wird 

diese Übergewichtung mit einem Gewinnbeitrag von 

zirka 1 % reduziert. Unsere ausgewogene Strategie 

(60 % Aktien / 40 % Festverzinsliche) hat im ersten

(60% equity / 40% fixed) generated a net pre-tax 

performance of 10.19% in the first quarter of 2019. 

What will happen now in 2019? 

First of all, we assume that the central banks will 

continue to refrain from raising interest rates in 

the future. The generally very high level of debt 

in the leading economic nations is hampering 

econom ic growth almost at zero interest rates. In 

addition, there is still hardly any inflation. 

Against the background of very low interest rates, 

investing in equities is crucial to returns, as only 

the capital invested in productive companies can 

generate attractive returns. Accordingly, dividend 

yields will continue to be significantly higher than 

those of fixed-income securities. 

Conclusion: In the medium term, we will continue 

to overweight equities.

Wie geht es jetzt weiter im Jahr 2019? Zunächst 

gehen wir davon aus, dass die Zentralbanken auch 

künftig von Zinserhöhungen absehen werden. Die 

allgemein sehr hohe Verschuldung in den führenden 

Wirtschaftsnationen hemmt schon fast bei Nullzinsen 

das Wirtschaftswachstum. Dazu kommt, dass es 

nach wie vor kaum Inflation gibt. 

Vor dem Hintergrund sehr niedriger Zinsen ist die 

Anlage in Aktien renditeentscheidend, da nur das 

in produktive Unternehmen investierte Kapital auch 

ansprechende Renditen erwirtschaften kann. Entsprechend 

werden die Dividendenrenditen nach wie 

vor deutlich höher liegen, als die Renditen von festverzinslichen 

Wertpapieren. Fazit: Wir halten mittelfristig 

an der Übergewichtung bei den Aktien fest.

VERDECKTE GEWINNAUSSCHÜTTUNG 

BEI EINER SPANISCHEN IMMOBILIEN S.L. 

In den zurückliegenden Jahren war es eine 

gängige Praxis beim Kauf einer Immobilie in Spanien, 

dass diese durch eine Kapitalgesellschaft 

erworben wurde. Hauptsächlich erfolgte dies über 

die Gesellschaftsform der »Sociedad Limitada« (SL), 

die der deutschen GmbH entspricht. Dieses Vorgehen 

begründete sowohl diverse Steuervorteile, wie 

zum Beispiel die Vermeidung der spanischen Erbschaftssteuer, 

als auch die Wahrung der Anonymität 

der Käufer und das kostenlose Nutzen der Immobilie 

durch die Gesellschafter und ihrer Familien. 

Der Bundesfinanzhof entschied jedoch schon 2013 

in einem Urteil (12.06.2013 Az IR 109/10), dass das 

unentgeltliche Nutzen jener Ferienimmobilien durch 

ihre Gesellschafter eine verdeckte Gewinnausschüttung 

begründet. Für die Gesellschaft stellt es 

danach keinen Nutzen dar, sondern es »entnimmt« 

ihr lediglich etwas, was dann natürlich auch in 

Deutschland besteuert werden muss. 

Seit 2013 ist es sowohl nach deutschem als auch 

nach spanischem Steuerrecht üblich, dass der 

Gesellschafter für die Nutzung der Immobilie eine 

kostendeckende beziehungsweise marktübliche 

Miete zahlt. Sofern der Gesellschafter eine geringere 

als die marktübliche Miete zahlt, kann jedoch 

trotzdem noch die Gefahr bestehen, dass das 

Finanzamt eine verdeckte Gewinnausschüttung 

annimmt. Was letztendlich »marktüblich« ist, ist 

insbesondere abhängig von der Lage, Größe und 

Ausstattung der Immobilie sowie von anderen wertbildenden 

Faktoren. 

Im Sommer 2017 wurde die Rechtsprechung weiter 

verschärft. Es reicht nicht mehr aus, dass die Gesellschafter 

eine marktübliche Miete zahlen, sondern 

diese muss nun darüber hinaus auch die Kosten 

des Grundstücks und dessen Finanzierung decken. 

Man spricht hier von einer sogenannten »Kostenmiete«. 

Weiter befreit auch das 2013 geschlossene 

Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen den Gesellschafter 

nicht von seiner Nachversteuerungspflicht. Nur 

wenn die Nutzung in Spanien tatsächlich besteuert 

wird, wäre die deutsche Steuer auf die spanische 

anzurechnen. 

Nun erwartet uns eine weitere einschneidende 

Neuerung. Seit Herbst 2017 werden neben den 

Informationen zu unbeweglichem Vermögen im 

jeweils anderen Land auch die Informationen zwischen 

den spanischen und deutschen Finanzämtern 

zu den Finanzkonten ausgetauscht. Insofern ist den 

jeweiligen Behörden jetzt auch ersichtlich, welcher 

Gesellschafter einer SL bislang für seinen Urlaub 

welche Beträge gezahlt hat. 

Aufgrund dieser Informationen beginnen die deutschen 

Finanzämter nun mit der Bearbeitung der

einzelnen Fälle. Es könnten also in der Tat enorme 

Nachzahlungen für die deutschen Gesellschafter 

entstehen. Nach alledem ist der Kauf einer Immobilie 

über eine spanische »Sociedad Limitada« 

nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Alle Mandanten, die 

eine Immobilie durch eine SL halten, sollten nun 

handeln. So sind zum Beispiel die Steuererklärungen 

der einzelnen Gesellschafter in Deutschland 

schnellstmöglich zu berichtigen. Da die verdeckte 

Gewinnausschüttung einen deutschen Hintergrund 

hat und in seiner Art als verhinderte Vermögensmehrung 

zu behandeln ist, ist das deutsche Besteuerungsrecht 

einschlägig.

LEISHMANIASIS VACCINATION 

Leishmaniose-Impfung, wirklich sinnvoll? 

The leishmaniasis disease is unfortunately 

still a problem in our latitudes, but the number 

of infected and diseased dogs has been significantly 

reduced thanks to various prophylactic 

methods. 

Leishmaniasis is a disease caused by a unicellular 

parasite. It is transmitted by a small fly, the socalled 

sand fly. The symptoms are very different, 

the diagnosis often requires several examinations 

and the treatment is different for each dog. In the 

worst case, the disease can be fatal. 

The World Health Organization classifies the 

disease as a zoonosis, i.e. it can be transmitted 

from animals to humans (but always through the 

bite of the sand fly) and can be very dangerous. 

That is why all protective measures are very 

important for our own health. 

A few decades ago, leishmaniasis in dogs was 

classified as incurable. By now, it can be controlled 

well in most cases, but it is not curable. 

The dogs remain carriers throughout their lives, 

and the disease can break out again and again. 

Until the first vaccines were marketed, protection 

against insect bites was the only prophylaxis. 

Close meshed fly screens on windows, 

avoiding walks in the early evening, and sleeping 

in the house are some of the preventive 

measures. 

Thanks to the marketing of various products, 

such as special collars and spot-on pipettes, the 

disease was significantly contained. 

For years, the pharmaceutical industry has been 

trying to produce an effective vaccine against 

leishmaniasis. After decades of studies, a vaccine

aber dank verschiedener prophylaktischen Methoden 

deutlich reduziert werden. 

Die Leishmaniose ist eine Krankheit, die durch einen 

einzelligen Parasiten verursacht wird. Die Übertragung 

erfolgt durch eine kleine Fliege, die sog. Sandmücke. 

Die Symptome sind sehr verschieden, die Diagnose 

benötigt häufig mehrere Untersuchungen und 

die Behandlung ist bei jedem Hund unterschiedlich. 

Im schlimmsten Fall kann die Krankheit tödlich enden. 

Sie wird von der Weltgesundheitsorganistation als 

Zoonose bezeichnet, d.h., dass sie von Tieren auch an 

den Menschen (immer aber durch den Stich der Sandmücke) 

übertragen werden und sehr gefährlich sein 

kann. Deswegen sind alle Schutzmaßnahmen auch 

für unsere Gesundheit sehr wichtig. 

Vor einigen Jahrzehnten wurde die Leishmaniose 

beim Hund als unheilbar eingestuft. Mittlerweile 

lässt sie sich in den meisten Fällen gut kontrollieren, 

heilbar ist sie aber nicht. Die Hunde bleiben ihr Leben 

lang Träger und bei ihnen kann die Krankheit auch 

immer wieder akut ausbrechen. 

Bis zur Vermarktung der ersten Impfstoffe galt der 

Schutz vor den Mückenstichen als einzige Prophylaxe. 

Engmaschige Fliegengitter an Fenster, die Vermeidung 

von Spaziergängen am frühen Abend und das 

Schlafen im Haus sind einige Maßnahmen. Dank Vermarktung 

verschiedener Produkte, wie spezielle Halsbänder 

und »Spot-on«-Pipetten, konnte die Krankheit 

deutlich eingedämmt werden. 

Seit Jahren versucht die Pharmaindustrie, eine wirksame 

Impfung gegen Leishmaniose herzustellen.

Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass 

keine fast 100%-ige Immunität 

erreicht wird, ist es daher 

noch sehr wichtig, andere 

prophy laktische Maßnahmen, 

wie spezielle Halsbänder oder 

»Spot-on«-Pipetten, zu gebrauchen. 

Die se sollten regelmäßig zu den empfohlenen 

Abständen appliziert werden. Sollte ein Hund trotz 

aller Schutz maßnahmen die Leishmaniose-Erkrankung 

bekommen, kann das Immunsystem dank der 

Impfung die Krankheit besser bekämpfen. 

Im Großen und Ganzen kann man sagen, dass eine 

Leishmaniose-Impfung in unseren Breitengraden sehr 

empfehlenswert ist. Die Krankheit und vor allem die 

Sandmücke ist leider noch sehr präsent und je mehr 

Schutzmaßnahmen man anwendet, desto besseren 

Schutz wird geboten.

specialists from different backgrounds who have 

all been trained in Germany and Austria and speak

Dr. Ali Bakhshandeh is a specialist 

in general and family 

medicine at the German Clinic. 

His responsibility is the primary 

recording of symptoms and the 

treatment of diseases as well as 

the coordination of patients with 

regard to establishing contact 

with other specialists within and 

outside the German Clinic Marbella. 

Dr. Bakhshandeh also offers home visits. 

An additional service of the physician is the performance 

of conventional or special laboratory 

diagnostics as well as genetic tests in cooperation 

with renowned laboratories. Dr. Bakhshandeh also 

carries out annual preventive medical examinations 

consisting of anamnesis, physical explora tion, 

blood and urine analysis and ECG. Prevention is 

increasing ly becoming an important part of modern 

medicine because so many diseases can be detected 

early before they cause major damage to our 

body. 

Another important factor is the psychological condition 

of the patients. Dr. Bakhshandeh has been firmly 

convinced since his student days that the human 

being should always be regarded and treat ed as a 

unity of body and soul.

Dr. Ali Bakhshandeh ist Facharzt für 

Allgemein- und Familienmedizin in der 

German Clinic. Seine Aufgabe besteht 

in der primären Erfassung von Krankheitssymptomen 

und der Behandlung 

von Krankheiten sowie der Orientierung 

der Patienten bezüglich der Kontaktaufnahme 

mit anderen Spezialisten 

innerhalb und außerhalb der German 

Clinic Marbella. Daneben bietet Dr. 

Bakhshandeh ärztliche Hausbesuche an. 

Eine weitere Serviceleistung des Arztes ist die 

Durchführung konventioneller bzw. spezieller Labordiagnostik 

sowie genetischer Tests in Zusammenarbeit 

mit renommierten Labors. Dr. Bakhshandeh 

führt auch jährliche Vorsorgeuntersuchungen bestehend 

aus Anamnese, körperliche Exploration, Blutund 

Harn-Analyse sowie EKG durch. Die Vorsorge 

wird immer mehr zum wichtigen Bestandteil der 

modernen Medizin, da so viele Krankheiten frühzeitig 

entdeckt werden können, bevor sie größere 

Schaden an unserem Körper anrichten. 

Ein weiterer wichtiger Faktor ist die psychologische 

Situation der Patienten. Dr. Bakhshandeh ist seit 

seiner Studienzeit fest davon überzeugt, dass der 

Mensch stets als eine Einheit aus Körper und Seele 

zu betrachten und zu behandeln ist.

Neue Sterne am monegassischen Restauranthimmel 

At the beginning of January, the exceptional 

French chef Alain Ducasse opened another future 

institution in the legendary Hôtel de Paris in Monte- 

Carlo: the restaurant »Ômer«. It focuses on Mediterranean 

flavours and the best ingredients from the 

region. 

In the heart of the new One Monte-Carlo shopping 

district, the »Mada One« opened in March under the 

leadership of top chef Marcel Ravin who drew inspiration 

from his Caribbean roots and puts the focus 

on an uncomplicated eating experience. 

Anfang Januar hat der französische Ausnahmekoch
