WHAT CAN WE EXPECT?<br />
The MINI Cooper SE will<br />
have a T-shaped 32.6 kWh<br />
lithium-ion battery. The<br />
battery will be within the<br />
transmission tunnel found<br />
between the two front seats<br />
and under the back seat. The<br />
autonomy that it procures is<br />
estimated to be around 235<br />
and 270 kilometres. It will<br />
be rechargeable at a level 3<br />
charging station.<br />
The rather small English car<br />
will have an electric motor<br />
located in the front of the car.<br />
The motor will produce 184<br />
horsepower and 200 lb-ft.<br />
Its power will allow the car to go from 0 to 100 km/h<br />
in only 7.3 seconds. Its cruising speed will top at 150<br />
km/h.<br />
This new vehicle could be sold for roughly $40,000.<br />
Production will launch at the end of <strong>2019</strong> in order to<br />
start selling in March 2020.<br />

If this project ever comes to reality, it would be the<br />
smallest MINI and would be inspired by the Rocketman<br />
concept presented in 2011.<br />
