Future Steps
This module discusses the use of one's self-determined learning beyond the educational experience. These include
the development of a Talent Stack and Credibility stack. The former is the compilation of abilities that a learner
will again throughout their learning journey while the latter is the way that the learner displays these capabilities
to the outside world. Additionally, learners can join with others to form professional learning communities within
their respective organizations to foster their growth. Finally, and most crucially, is personal accountability, which
is the ongoing desire for continued growth and acceptance of responsibilities for all aspects of one's actions or
lack thereof.
