HABEN AUSDAUER UND
INNOVATIONSGEIST BEWIESEN“
Nicht weniger als 11 unterschiedliche staatliche Hilfsmaßnahmen wurden
von der Regierung geschaffen, um die wirtschaftliche Lage des von der
Covid-19-Pandemie betroffenen Landes zu stabilisieren, so Lex Delles,
Minister für Mittelstand und Tourismus.
Herr Minister, wie präsentiert sich angesichts
der sanitären Krise die augenblickliche
Situation der mittelständischen
Unternehmen in Luxemburg
und welche Branchen sind besonders
stark auf staatliche Hilfe angewiesen?
Lex Delles : Die Covid-19-Pandemie und
ihre wirtschaftlichen Konsequenzen haben
unsere Ökonomie stark getroffen, dies
trifft natürlich auch auf mittelständische
Unternehmen zu. Allerdings haben diese,
unterstützt durch staatliche Hilfsmaßnahmen,
eine außerordentliche Ausdauer und
Innovationsgeist bewiesen. So haben viele
mittelständische Betriebe die Krise genutzt,
um sich selbst neu zu orientieren und beispielsweise
vermehrt auf eine Digitalisierung
zu setzen. Auch hierbei wurden sie
von der Generaldirektion für Mittelstand
durch verschiedene „Fit 4-Digital-Programme“
unterstützt. Zurzeit befinden wir uns
auf dem Weg eines graduellen „Phasing-
Out“ der staatlichen Beihilfen und bereiten
eine wirtschaftliche Erholung vor.
Dennoch gibt es auch aktuell noch
Branchen, die auf staatliche Hilfsmaßnahmen
angewiesen sind. Dies trifft vor allem
auf den Horeca-Bereich, die Tourismusund
Veranstaltungsbranche sowie das
Kultur- und Unterhaltungswesen zu. Diese
Unternehmen werden selbstverständlich
weiter begleitet und unterstützt.
Welche Beihilfen werden augenblicklich
gewährt?
Unternehmen aus den genannten Branchen
können noch bis zum 15. Oktober
eine Beihilfe für „ungedeckte Kosten“
(„Aide pour coûts non couverts") sowie
