Choix des coiffes de cicatrisation<br />

Choix d’une coiffe de cicatrisation :<br />

� Déterminer le diamètre de la plate-forme de l’implant.<br />

� Sélectionner le profil d’émergence le mieux adapté<br />

pour la restauration à réaliser. Ce profil doit correspondre<br />

au moignon d’empreinte et au pilier à utiliser.<br />

� Choisir la hauteur de la coiffe de cicatrisation de telle<br />

sorte qu’elle soit émergente du tissu gingival. Il existe<br />

trois options : 3mm, 5mm ou 7mm.<br />

Guide de choix des attachements boules<br />

Choix d’un attachement boule :<br />

� Déterminer le diamètre de la plate-forme de l’implant.<br />

� Mesurer la hauteur gingivale au point le plus élevé à<br />

partir de la plate-forme d’implant.<br />

� Choisir un composant ayant une hauteur supérieure<br />

de 1mm à la hauteur gingivale, afin que le pilier<br />

émerge légèrement des tissus environnants.<br />

Il existe trois options : 2mm, 4mm ou 6mm.<br />

L’implant AdVent à plate-forme large<br />

représente une option très intéressante<br />

pour les cas postérieurs et pour<br />

la restauration par prothèse de recouvrement.<br />

Il comporte une plate-forme<br />

prothétique de 5,7mm et utilise les<br />

composants de la plate-forme <strong>Tapered</strong><br />

<strong>Screw</strong>-Vent de 5,7mm. Sur le plan<br />

chirurgical, il reprend la séquence<br />

de forage des implants AdVent de<br />

4,7mm.<br />

Tous les implants AdVent comportent<br />

l’hexagone interne avec friction, une<br />

exclusivité de <strong>Zimmer</strong> <strong>Dental</strong>.<br />

� Les piliers pour implants AdVent<br />

sont dotés d’un hexagone mâle de<br />

forme légèrement biseautée (1°).<br />

Lorsque le pilier est placé dans<br />

l’implant sous l’effet du couple<br />

appliqué, l’hexagone du pilier<br />

engage par friction les parois de<br />

l’hexagone interne de l’implant.<br />

� Les piliers à hexagone interne avec<br />

calage par friction forment avec<br />

l’implant une connexion aussi ferme<br />

qu’une soudure à froid, éliminant ainsi<br />

Les composants du moteur<br />

Console : pour offrir un maximum de clarté et de<br />

commodité, la console est dotée d’une simple<br />

rangée de boutons et d’un afficheur lumineux<br />

d’implants.<br />

Moteur : avec sa connexion universelle de<br />

Jeu de tubulures d’irrigation : fourni avec le<br />

Nettoyage des instruments<br />

1. Séparer les deux pièces des composants.<br />

2. Rincer les instruments à l’eau froide ou tiède<br />

durant 2,5 minutes.<br />

3. Pour les forets, utiliser le fil de nettoyage<br />

<strong>Zimmer</strong> pour ôter tout débris du canal d’irrigation.<br />

Insérer une aiguille de 0,5mm dans le<br />

canal du foret pour le rincer à l’eau afin d’évacuer<br />

les éventuels débris résiduels.<br />

4. Placer les instruments pendant 10 minutes dans<br />

un bac à ultrasons avec un détergent d’enzymes<br />

au pH neutre, dilué avec de l’eau courante conformément<br />

aux recommandations du fabricant.<br />

5. Rincer les instruments à l’eau courante pendant<br />

3 minutes.<br />

6. Si l’inspection révèle des signes d’usure ou d’endommagement,<br />

ou encore si la couleur d’identification<br />

est impossible à reconnaître, remplacer<br />

l’instrument.<br />

Nettoyage des trousses chirurgicales<br />

et du support de préparation<br />

1. Retirer toutes les pièces et inserts de la trousse<br />

chirurgicale.<br />

2. Rincer la trousse et l’insert à l’eau courante<br />

froide ou tiède.<br />

3. Essuyer et retirer l’excès de souillure sur chaque<br />

pièce à l’aide d’une lingette humide.<br />

4. Essuyer chaque pièce avec un chiffon qui aura<br />

été au préalable trempé dans un détergent<br />

d’enzymes dilué à l’eau courante, conformément<br />

aux spécifications du fabricant.<br />

5. Rincer abondamment à l’eau courante pendant<br />

trois minutes.<br />

Stérilisation<br />

REMARQUE : la stérilisation chimique est déconseillée.<br />

1. Sécher les pièces soigneusement avant la<br />

stérilisation.<br />

2. Envelopper le kit dans un double ensachetage<br />

et fermer celui-ci à l’aide de ruban adhésif<br />

pour traitement en autoclave.<br />
