Hatta’s speech content in the cel
ebration of the 3rd Cooperation Day
which discussed how far cooperation can
benefit for farmers and craftsmen. At the time,
rhetorically such Indonesian Cooperation
Founding Father asked: “has animal farming
developed in the community which is funded
by cooperation loan Has vegetable plants
been funded by their cooperation loan How
are cooperations among the handicraft and
craftsmen How far is the output obtained
with cooperation to overcome early crops purchase
with small loan in accordance with needs
and others” Even though it is in the form of
questions, Bung Hatta message in its speech part
is very clear: that Cooperation must be able to
fund farmers in running their business, also for
small entrepreneurs who are engaged in real
sectors.
Many years later, such introspective in nature
critic is still relevant to be expressed: “have
cooperations been able to assist farmers and
micro and small entrepreneurs“ That is approximately
the form of such statement in the present.
In the mean time the facts on the field speak out
