KINDLY READ THIS PRODUCT DISCLOSURE SHEET BEFORE YOU DECIDE<br />

TO TAKE UP ANY ALLIANCE BANK CREDIT CARD. PLEASE BE SURE TO<br />

ALSO READ THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.<br />

1. What is this product about?<br />

The Credit Card is an unsecured facility that comes with a line of credit<br />

granted by us to you and where any amount of the credit utilised by you has<br />

not been settled in full on or before the due date, the unsettled amount will<br />

be subjected to finance charges.<br />

2. What do I get from this product?<br />

You will be assigned a credit limit that is determined at the sole discretion<br />

of the <strong>Bank</strong>, based on your income and type of Credit Card applied.<br />

For Cash Advance, your limit is also determined at the sole discretion of the<br />

<strong>Bank</strong>, which may vary depending on your credit behaviour.<br />

3. What are my obligations?<br />

• Minimum monthly repayment: 5% of outstanding balance OR RM50,<br />

whichever higher.<br />

• Finance charges free period: 20 days from the statement date of new<br />

retail transaction, provided there is no outstanding balance in the Credit<br />

Card account.<br />

4. What if I fail to fulfill my obligations?<br />

• Late payment penalty charges:<br />

- Minimum RM10 or 1% of total outstanding balance due, whichever<br />

higher up to a maximum of RM100.<br />

• Right to set-off:<br />

- We have the right to set-off any credit balance in your account maintained<br />

with us against any outstanding balance in this Credit Card account.<br />

• Liability for unauthorised transactions:<br />

- You shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, theft or<br />

mutilation of your Credit Card. In the event your <strong>Alliance</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Credit<br />

Card is lost or stolen, you must notify us immediately, followed by a<br />

written confirmation to the <strong>Bank</strong>. If there is unauthorised use of your<br />

Credit Card before the report is made, you may be held liable for all the<br />

charges incurred. You must lodge a police report and the <strong>Bank</strong> reserves<br />

the right to require a police report of any loss, theft or unauthorised use<br />

of your <strong>Alliance</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Credit Card. The <strong>Bank</strong> may resolve that your<br />

liabilities, with the exception for the usage of PIN, to be limited to RM250<br />

provided that you have not acted fraudulently or have not failed to inform<br />

the <strong>Bank</strong> as soon as reasonably practiced.<br />

5. What are the major risks?<br />

By paying on minimum monthly repayment, the interest amount and time<br />

taken to settle the full amount will increase. Think about your repayment<br />

capacity when charging to the Credit Card.<br />

The finance charges imposed on the outstanding balance for this Credit<br />

Card is based on a tiered pricing structure in accordance to your<br />

repayment history.<br />

If you have problems paying for your Credit Card balances, contact us early<br />

to discuss repayment alternatives.<br />

You should notify us immediately after having found that your Credit Card<br />

is lost or stolen.<br />

6. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details?<br />

It is important that you inform us of any changes in your contact details to<br />

ensure that all correspondences reach you in a timely manner. You can<br />

either call <strong>Alliance</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> Contact Centre at 03-5516 9988 OR visit any<br />

<strong>Alliance</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> branch to update your contact details.<br />

KEPUTUSAN UNTUK MEMOHON KAD KREDIT ALLIANCE BANK. PASTIKAN<br />

ANDA JUGA MEMBACA TERMA DAN SYARAT AM.<br />

1. Apakah produk ini?<br />

Kad Kredit <strong>Alliance</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> di mana anda diberikan kredit oleh pihak <strong>Bank</strong>. Sekiranya<br />

anda menggunakan kredit ini dan tidak menyelesaikan bayaran secara penuh pada<br />

ataupun sebelum tempoh yang ditetapkan, maka baki tertunggak tersebut akan<br />

dikenakan caj kewangan.<br />

2. Apakah yang boleh saya nikmati dari produk ini?<br />

Anda akan diberikan had kredit berdasarkan pendapatan dan jenis Kad Kredit yang<br />

anda mohon. Pihak <strong>Bank</strong> mempunyai hak dan pertimbangan tunggal untuk<br />

memutuskan had kredit yang diberikan kepada pemohon Kad Kredit.<br />

Pihak bank juga mempunyai hak dan pertimbangan tunggal untuk memutuskan had<br />

kredit untuk Pendahuluan Tunai, yang mungkin berbeza bergantung pada perilaku<br />

kredit anda.<br />

3. Apakah tanggungjawab saya?<br />

• Bayaran minimum bulanan: 5% dari baki tertunggak ATAU RM50, amaun yang<br />

mana lebih tinggi.<br />

• Tempoh tanpa faedah: 20 hari dari tarikh penyata untuk urus niaga runcit dengan<br />

syarat tiada baki tertunggak di dalam akaun pemegang Kad Kredit.<br />

4. Apa akan terjadi sekiranya saya gagal melaksanakan tanggungjawab saya?<br />

• Penalti Yuran Bayaran Lewat:<br />

- Minimum RM10 atau 1% dari jumlah baki tertunggak, amaun mana yang lebih<br />

tinggi, sehingga maksima RM100.<br />

• Hak untuk tolakan baki kredit:<br />

- Kami mempunyai hak menolak mana-mana baki kredit dalam akaun anda yang<br />

dikekalkan dengan kami untuk menjelaskan baki tertunggak dalam akaun<br />

Kad Kredit ini.<br />

• Liabiliti ke atas urus niaga tanpa izin:<br />

- Anda harus mengelakkan dari kehilangan, kecurian atau kerosakan Kad anda.<br />

Sekiranya Kad Kredit <strong>Alliance</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> anda hilang atau dicuri, anda perlu<br />

melaporkan kepada pihak <strong>Bank</strong> serta-merta, dan diikuti dengan pengesahan<br />

bertulis. Jika Kad anda telah digunakan untuk urus niaga tanpa izin sebelum<br />

anda membuat laporan kepada pihak <strong>Bank</strong>, anda mungkin bertanggungjawab ke<br />

atas semua caj yang dikenakan. Anda mesti membuat laporan polis dan pihak<br />

<strong>Bank</strong> berhak meminta laporan polis untuk memutuskan bahawa liabiliti anda<br />

dengan pengecualian untuk penggunaan PIN dihadkan kepada RM250. Jika<br />

terbukti anda tidak cuai menjaga keselamatan Kad dengan sebaik mungkin dan<br />

telah segera melaporkan kehilangan Kad kepada pihak <strong>Bank</strong>.<br />

5. Apakah risiko mengambil produk ini?<br />

Dengan hanya membayar bayaran bulanan minimum, jumlah caj faedah dan tempoh<br />

yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan jumlah penuh akan meningkat. Anda harus<br />

pertimbangkan kemampuan anda membuat bayaran ketika menggunakan Kad Kredit.<br />

Caj faedah yang dikenakan pada baki tertunggak Kad Kredit berdasarkan kadar<br />

faedah berperingkat mengikut rekod bayaran anda.<br />

Sekiranya anda menghadapi masalah membuat bayaran baki tertunggak Kad Kredit<br />

anda, sila hubungi kami untuk mendapatkan penyelesaian alternatif.<br />

Sila laporkan kehilangan Kad Kredit anda kepada pihak <strong>Bank</strong> serta-merta.<br />

6. Apa yang perlu saya lakukan jika terdapat perubahan dalam maklumat peribadi?<br />

Adalah penting untuk anda menghubungi kami tentang sebarang perubahan<br />

maklumat peribadi anda untuk memastikan surat-menyurat sampai kepada anda<br />

8. What are the fees and charges I have to pay for Balance Transfer/Fast Cash plans?<br />

Apakah yuran dan caj yang perlu saya bayar bagi Pelan Pemindahan Baki/Tunai Segera?<br />

FEES & CHARGES / YURAN & CAJ BALANCE TRANSFER / PEMINDAHAN BAKI FAST CASH / TUNAI SEGERA<br />

Minimum Monthly Repayment<br />

Bayaran Minimum Sebulan<br />

Cardmember shall make a minimum payment of 5% of the monthly outstanding amount due or<br />

RM50, whichever is higher. If the payment is not received in full or before payment due date, then the<br />

prevailing finance charge of 18% p.a. shall be levied on the remaining monthly outstanding balance<br />

from the due date until the date of full settlement.<br />

Ahli Kad yang layak hendaklah membuat bayaran minimum 5% daripada jumlah tertunggak bulanan<br />

yang perlu dibayar atau RM50, yang mana lebih tinggi. Sekiranya Ahli Kad gagal membayar seperti<br />

yang dinyatakan dalam penyata diatas, caj kewangan biasa sebanyak 18% setahun akan dikenakan<br />

bagi baki tertunggak bulanan yang selebihnya, dari tarikh perlu dibayar sehinggalah tarikh<br />

penyelesaian sepenuhnya.<br />
