2OUR CAMPUSCONSULTATIONMEETING OF LAW,ORGANIZATION &MANAGEMENTMINISTRY OFEDUCATION, RITHE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION HELD A CONSULTATION MEETING ON “IMPROVEMENT OF ROLE AND FUNCTION OF LAW,ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT IN ORDER TO SUPPORT BUREAUCRATIC REFORMATION PROGRAM IN MINISTRY OFEDUCATION”, (25-26/3) IN DENPASAR.he meeting was housed by Law and Organization Bureau of Education Ministry o RI and was participated by officers thatare working in law, organization and management sector. Those were Main Unit of Education Ministry, private university,coordination agent of private universities, UPTs, as well as Education Management Agent of provinces/districts/cities inIndonesia. According to the Head of Law and Organization Bureau of Education Ministry, Prof. Dr. A. Pangerang MoentaSH.MH.DFM and the head of event committee Drs. Warjono, the meeting was aimed to improve the organization workingperformance of Education Ministry, as well as to improve the service quality to the community as regulated by PERMEN PANNo.15/M.PAN/7/2008 on Bureaucratic Reformation Guideline. This is also related to the implementation of UU No.20/2003on National Education System, UU No.9/2009 on Education Legal Institution (BHP) and PP No.17/2010 on Management andExecution of Education.In the meeting, it was discussed about Bureaucratic Reformation, which the implementation and problems in order to improveunderstanding and coordination, and the synergy between national, local and technical policy were persisted.The keynote speakers were Dr. IsmailMohammad, MBA and Moh. Yusuf Ateh from KEMPAN-RI and from Education Ministry-RIwere Prof. Dr. A.Pangerang Moenta SH.MH.DFM, Muslikh, SH and Dra. Salhefni.MU
