STEP 1.
INSTALLATION
Disconnect & remove the battery. Following this, remove the front bumper, crash bar and if applicable, the
factory undertray. Once the front bumper is removed, proceed to remove the factory intercooler and piping.

STEP 2.
Install the Street Series intercooler [A] using x2 M6 bolts [E] & washers [G] for the lower mounts (Fig.1) & a single M8
bolt [F] & washer [H] for the upper mount. NOTE: Horns may need to be relocated depending on the model & size.

STEP 3.
Install the alloy intercooler piping on the upper intake side as pictured in Fig. 3 utilising the silicone joiners &
hose clamps supplied. Repeat this process on the lower intake side following Fig. 4.
We reccomend you install the hose clamps loosely to ensure correct allignment throughout the system prior to a final tighten.

STEP 4
Install the alloy intercooler piping on the lower intake side as pictured in Fig. 5 utilising the silicone joiners &
hose clamps supplied. Repeat this process on the lower turbo side following Fig. 6.
We highly reccomend that a boost guage is installed when making any modifications to a turbo vehicle. An unchecked increase
in boost pressure can result in boost-spiking & engine damage,
